Disgusting. We stopped for a snack at lunch. We greeted the staff - the cook, who was standing next to us, looked at us and said nothing. The girl who usually stands behind the cash register is sitting in the corner with a phone in her hands and headphones on. The order was placed at 12:55, and they started cooking it only at 13:07. It is not known what the staff was doing during those 12 minutes, but they certainly did not work. The hall was empty, and accordingly, there were no orders, except for one delivery. There was a good place with delicious food (once upon a time), but it turned into a roadside eatery with a disgusting attitude towards visitors.

I rarely saw Davinci. The pita bread crumbles, the whole table is covered in crumbs, and the sauce and contents fall out. As a result, you're sitting with piles of crumbs all around you, and your hands are covered in sauce.
It doesn't taste like much, but it's subjective, everyone has their own taste preferences.
The staff is really as exhausted and unfriendly as possible. It seems that they are being held hostage. At least give me a sign next time, we'll call for help, we'll free you from slavery.

We ordered the delivery of shawarma with falafel and Davinci, the girl called back and clarified that there was no garlic sauce and asked which one to change, but in the end they brought the wrong sauce in shawarma with falafel anyway, and the main ingredient was not put in Davinci - grilled chicken, instead pita bread filled with sauce and pieces of disgusting salted sausage (far from pepperoni, as in the menu).

We came with friends to buy food an hour before the train. The place opens at 11, but even after five minutes of waiting, no one opened for us. We managed to get inside only by knocking on the door. It was clear from the dissatisfied faces of the employees that they were not happy to see us. The staff does not hesitate to swear obscenities at the whole institution, not paying attention to the visitors. They cooked one cappuccino for 20 minutes, not to mention pancakes with shawarma. The girl who was cooking was talking on the phone in parallel, indignant at the previous shift, and when the cook of the previous shift apparently came, instead of preparing the order, she was already indignant at him, shouting at all the assurances. As a result, we waited 40 minutes and because of this we were almost late, we did not wait for two pancakes. Please take action because the establishment is not bad, but the staff is disgusting.

Appeal to the owner of the point, give the staff a rest or adrenaline, they walk tired and rude, with a look full of hatred for all living things.
We took two Belarusian shawarma, there were 2 people in the hall, the shawarma was cooked for 40 minutes and one more and forgot to make, we had to wait an additional 15 more!
The shawarma is filled with mustard / curry so much that you don't feel anything but sauce. I strongly recommend that visitors avoid this place.

According to him, "at the entrance I felt the smell of something burnt, the windows and doors were open in an attempt to blow out. When the check was punched, the employee was eating ice cream at the same time. There was no one in the hall, but I had to wait about half an hour, because one employee was busy washing windows, and the other was on the phone at that time. As a result, half an hour later they remembered that someone was standing at their place and waiting for an order. The stated waiting time did not correspond, of course, and the taste of the shawarma is outright #aries and also scalding (significantly overheated)."
There is no desire to complain personally, and indeed order more there.
Sometimes vapes are smoked in the kitchen in a corner, sometimes there is almost no sauce.
But the owner of this establishment would like to try more often what his employees cook, otherwise you can lose the "face" of the company.

We took it many times and it was delicious, the last two times it didn't look like a shawarma.
Pita bread is very dry (or it is improperly stored or not very fresh). The shawarma just breaks and crumbles. Everything is not clear with the filling: it is very unevenly distributed. Unfortunately, it is a complete disappointment.
