They came throughout the year solely because of their favorite "Teriyaki", each time it got worse and worse, the cartilage in the chicken became the cherry on the cake, about which you can easily break the seal. Cashier girls, as always, by their behavior, are puberty teenagers who do not know about at least minimal service and friendliness absolutely nothing. I understand that there is no point in demanding, but when a drunk cashier serves you on shift (we went at the end of the summer, now, as I understand it, it no longer works) - above all praise. It is clear that the higher-ups decided specifically to save not only on staff, but also on suppliers and cooking technology. This was the only place where we bought shawarma with the whole team, but now – either change everything radically, or roll over, because this is a failure :)

заказывали 2 маленьких шаурмы с собой, восточную и давинчи, восточную сделали, а вместе давинчи сделали какую-то другую 🤷🏼♀️ восточная мне понравилась, вопросов нет, но давинчи хотели потому что нет капусты и есть салями, а отдали шаурму с точностью наоборот))) без салями но с капустой) заплатили за самую дорогую, а получили капусту в лаваше )))
все бы ничего, но…!! вечером решили зайти опять и взять то же самое, но больших размеров…и вот везение! Давинчи все таки сделали, ноо…маленькую!) и опять же взяли за большую
это обычная вкусная шаурма, ничем от других она не отличается, поэтому стоит посетить другое место; где хотя бы вы не встретите халатность персонала, который не может сделать две позиции как полагается!!!

I ordered a shawarma, after a 20-minute wait, I asked how long it would take to prepare.

After 10 minutes, I came up again and they finally cooked it, with a disgruntled face, the cashier-freak rudely almost threw it at me, chasing her for such service
And in general, sanitation and hygiene are at a low level, the staff is generally from the street

Хорошее местоположение, очень вкусная шаурма. Большой выбор. Приятный персонал. Готовят быстро, можно посидеть внутри за столиком и послушать музыку. Кроме основного блюда можно заказать молочный коктейль или горячий напиток.

На этом плюсы заканчиваются.
По поводу ожидания заказа девушка кассир не предупреждает, ну да ладно..
Заказывали 3 шаурмы с СОБОЙ (острая Чили, белорусская, терияки)
После 20 минут ожидания я подошла уточнить, готов ли заказ, ответ : «Ну очевидно, что нет»
После ещё ~10 минутного ожидания пошёл парень, на стойке возле кассира лежало 3 шаурмы, уточнили, готов ли заказ, ответ: «Вы что не видите»
Каким образом посетитель должен э понять, что это его/не его заказ?
Как оказалось, это лежал наш заказ
Далее мы попросили упаковать заказ в пакет, чтобы донести всё это с собой, ответ: «в мусорный?»
Девушка невероятная хамка, и ладно если бы на этом всё закончилось.
По приезду, попробовав острую шаурму, оказалось что она вообще не острая, то есть, вероятно туда просто забыли добавить острый соус
Впечатление от заведения испорчено

Дешёвое, сомнительное заведение с низкоквалифицированным персоналом. Начиная с улицы и заканчивая кухней, везде бардак. Столы часто не протирают, под ногами скромно лежат остатки еды и лужи от пива. Это всё, скорей всего для кошек и собачек, которых потом используют на кухне. Гетто заведение в центре города. Первый раз тут был ночью и отравился шаурмой. Неописуемые ощущения. Те кто любит гастрономический экстрим, это место подходит. Единственный плюс, работают круглосуточно. Сатана не дремлет.

Картошку фри и нагетсы ждали 20 минут, и это при том, что очереди не было, пустота. Что молодой человек, что девушка особо не спешат, болтают между собой, на заказы плевать, даже после того, как подошла после долгого ожидания и попросила побыстрее. Впечатление ужасное. Это был второй визит сюда, первый мы просто не дождались кассира, или повара, или кто там у них ещё есть. Простоял 15 минут и никто не подошёл. Думала во второй раз будет получше. Впечатление испорчено, больше сюда ни ногой. Курят на улице, и потом этими же руками без перчаток всё пакуют. Ужас
