A pleasant cook, the menu is non-standard and the prices are also above average. The Pakistani shawarma itself was 4/5 to my taste, you can choose for yourself how spicy it will be. The lavash at the bottom gets very wet and falls apart. At the distribution, I noticed several dirty bowls with sauce and a spoon in each, as well as with dried dirt, the sauces are not covered with anything, the distribution is not refrigerated. I think those who know how to cook street food in India will understand what I'm talking about. The shawarma was a little burnt, but not critically, although when I took it off the grill, the stink was terrible. The wait for 3 shawarma was about 20 minutes. We took a coke from the refrigerator, it was warm and almost without gas, the shelf life is normal. My friends couldn't eat 2 other shawarma (big tasties), they said not to take any more here, will I come back? 50/50. In response to a comment about the cook spitting, it is common in India and other neighboring countries to chew "betel", a mixture of betel leaves, slaked lime and areca palm nuts. Sometimes tobacco is added to this mixture, and then it is called "gutka". The fruits of the betel palm contain the alkaloid arecoline, which stimulates salivation (saliva turns red) and is itself an aphrodisiac. In this form, betel gum has been used for more than a millennium.
