The shawarma is delicious, no questions asked.
And everything used to be OK for maintenance, but one situation killed me.
I ordered one shawarma on the phone, arrived to pick it up exactly 10 minutes later, the room is empty, I'm screaming, there is no answer. Although you can hear from the back room that someone is watching a movie/TV series. After a while, a guy who had been standing on the street all this time, smoking, watching me through the window, came into the room, stood at the cash register with an absolutely unperturbed look, and paid me off.
At the end, a woman came out of the back room, and she was watching something while I was trying to yell at someone.
I waited for 3 minutes, but the attitude of the staff killed me.

It's a great place. The shawarma is delicious and will always take your wishes into account. I really like Rustic, but it contains rustic potatoes, which I don't like. I ask you to make more sauce without it, they never refused and did it according to my desire. The hot dogs are delicious too, and the coffee is great!

The shawarma is terrible, there is no twist, after grilling it still bends like a sausage. There is a lot of garlic sauce that just interrupts all the flavors and especially very salty meat. The kitchen is completely unsanitary, the lids from the gastro containers are all very dirty, the products are not in the refrigerator but on the counter in the warmth. The order is made for a long time, about 20 minutes, while the staff is extremely unfriendly.

There was a favorite shawarma in the city when they were on Lenin Square back in 2020. I'm in a new place now and it doesn't taste like anything has changed. Delicious filling, lots of meat and sauce, crispy pita bread and fresh vegetables are the perfect shawarma.
There is draft beer and kvass, various lunch boxes, which pleases.
I threw off a star for cleanliness, sticky tables. But the taste is 10/10

with service and food, how lucky you are, it all depends on the level of luck and the phase of the moon. Sometimes there are polite sellers and delicious food. But the main thing is that there is no understanding of a "regular customer": the more often you come in, the less you are loved and expected. It's weird, isn't it?

Previously, until about December, there was a favorite shawarma, recommended to all my friends, and then what happened is unclear. We came to order a spicy shawarma, the staff was drinking, we waited 40 minutes for them to do it, and when they started eating at home, they were just stunned by the sharpness. They unwound it to see, and there's almost nothing there except hot pepper, and such huge slices are just tin. Before that, they constantly took spicy food and it was very tasty. After about a month, we decided to order again, this time a man was cooking, also sober, but in the end we got half a kilogram of pepper again, but now finely chopped)
They decided not to take any more spicy food, and stopped visiting altogether. But a couple of months passed and in March, passing by, they still looked in again, they no longer decided on an acute one. We took a BBQ, we also took it before and also liked it, this time the shawarma was just disgusting, we didn't find any barbecue sauce or chicken, a couple of pieces of chicken skin and cabbage generously flavored with mayonnaise. Don't set foot on you anymore!!!

We were driving with a friend and decided to have a quick snack, as a result we got so much mayonnaise in the shawarma that it became bad for both of us.
I do not recommend it

For 20 rubles to sell this to people, well, it's a divorce for money!
We took the biggest cheese one. Instead of shawarma for that kind of money, there was one pita bread, mayonnaise, cheese sauce and cabbage, there were a couple of pieces of chicken.
It's twisted terribly, after the first bite it just fell apart into a mess (I'll attach a photo of the mess)
It's not worth it even close to this money, especially in a residential area.

So there is something to compare it with. This shawarma is strongly distinguished by lavash, it is different, not oak and not dense. It is soft, easy to stretch and bite off. I've only come across one like this here. The sauces here are of their own design, very concise and appropriate for each shawarma. The sauces are really very tasty. The inside is always fresh, crispy, and what is not unimportant - well and evenly warmed. In other places, the situation of scorched hot pita bread is often observed, while inside there are cold cucumbers and tomatoes - this is annoying. I've been coming to Luchiny 44 for about 10 times - so far I've never come across stale vegetables or stale meat, or dry pita bread. Everything is always clear. Now, whenever possible, I'm coming here to eat.

I popped into one of the shawarma shops, or rather a window from the street. There were a bunch of drunk, noisy guys ordering a bunch of things, and it would have taken a long time to wait. I looked at the next nearby cafe with shawarma on the navigator, and came across this. Arrived. There is a sign on the door that a cook and a cashier are required, like. And so it turned out. Shawarma was definitely not made by a cook or what else to call him. We went to drink tea, riding by on bicycles, along the way we bought a classic shawarma. To be honest, I expected much worse quality, given the location of the city, but we really liked it! Much tastier than the ones I tried in Turmeric of the same (although Norwegian is very good). The room itself is small, but, as they wrote, cozy) there are two sofas to the right of the entrance, for those who do not want to sit on chairs at tables. In front of the sofas there are electronic cigarettes with liquids, plasma TV (perhaps they play football or something else in some evenings). You can add any of the syrups to the teas (we had cherries, raspberries, maple syrup and chocolate), sugar-without extra charges :) we liked the chocolate syrup in the green tea. The work of the staff is also excellent- everyone is polite and friendly) apparently, he will now go to Loshitsa for shawarma :D
