To my remark that it is impossible to unscrew the filter and not stain the engine protection with oil, the master replied: "okay, then I will take and substitute a scoop." As a result, all the engine protection turned out to be in oil, but few people care about this at this service. And this is despite the fact that people are only engaged in oil changes. Unnecessarily expensive and unprofessional.’

They were accepted immediately, the boxes are extremely clean, there is Parking, calculation according to the map, oil is poured carefully, materials are available, in the process they cover the surfaces so as not to stain.
The cost of replacement is included in the cost of materials. In total, it is adequate and does not exceed in other centers. And considering that the materials are German, it's generally excellent.
It is important that during the calculation they counted exactly as much as went into the engine, without any rounding, which is sometimes sinned in other places. Nice.

This would not be a problem if it were not repeated every time after an oil change and the oil change was not once a year (I changed the oil three times and repaired all the broken rivets at my own expense. One costs +-up to 5p not at the dealer, but there were up to nine of them after each oil change).
I definitely won't go there (although everything is clear there and there are always all consumables) even if the management reacted to the review and agree to take all the costs on themselves.
I believe that it is necessary to carry out the work more carefully, no matter which car arrived old or new, it does not matter what icon is on it
