The location and services of the hotel is very good.Hotel is located near to a mall and very quality restaurants and cafes. Staff are quite friendly.Rooms are very clean and breakfast has a lot of varieties.Pool,spa and gym is clean and even the stones of pool are warm.I will exactly choose to stay in this hotel again with my family if i go to Bursa soon.

Super hotel and super service!
I was on vacation in October, and there was an incident, my T-shirt accidentally got into the laundry room with the hotel laundry. I thought everything was lost, it won't be found…
But the administrator promised to find and return it.
My stay is over, I left for Moscow. But a week later, a T-shirt was found, dry-cleaned, ironed, packed in a beautiful package, phoned and sent in its pure form. That's what I understand the service!

Good service, you can leave the car keys and they will rearrange it themselves and look for a place. Good breakfasts, a comfortable place. There are no disadvantages as such

A normal hotel, I was on a business trip, I only came to sleep. The furniture is hand-woven in the room. There is a safe in the room. They clean up every day, the mini bar is paid and the prices there are not humane. The breakfasts are good, there is a free spa with a hammam and a swimming pool. There is a large shopping center nearby where you can take a walk.
