Brand new hotel. Very nice rooms. Excellent spa, massage and sauna. Outstanding restaurant with affordable prices. Lovely breakfast.

A wonderful hotel. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Timely room cleaning. Good breakfasts, a wonderful lobby Bar where you can drink Turkish wine and coffee. The hotel is 40 minutes from the new Airport. If you are going to Istanbul for business / or just to spend the weekend, I recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself seems to be new (2022) but the service is very lame!
Do not change the bed linen or lay it torn and stained. In the rooms of the 5* hotel there are no toothbrushes or cosmetics, even they forget to put toilet paper. Breakfast costs 60€ separately, it's too much for me. The staff tells you to your face, they will fix everything now, as soon as you leave, they give up on you. The hotel itself is located on the outskirts of a dysfunctional neighborhood, in the evening the situation on the street is not safe, in principle it is quite quiet during the day.

The hotel is located far from the center, but in an average residential area of Istanbul. At the same time, there are all the options of Sheraton hotels. I advise you, if you need to be located in this part of the city for logistics, remember that there are huge traffic jams on the highway during rush hour.

Engagement, Wedding outside of Istanbul, if you are not close to Bahcesehir in terms of transportation, it may seem far away, but you can go and stay, enjoy a massage. It's nice to watch the city from high up.
