This hotel is located in the north of the European part of Istanbul. A few years ago, after renovation, the hotel changed its brand to Sheraton and is a relatively inexpensive 5-bed hotel with convenient transport accessibility. 4.Levent Station is located 200 m from the hotel. You can get to the airport by taxi in 30-35 minutes. Within walking distance from the hotel there are quite large shopping malls Istinyepark and Kanyon. Also nearby is the Zorlu Shopping Mall with a wide selection of boutiques of premium and luxury brands.
My passport was required at the Check-In. Payment for accommodation at the Sheraton Istanbul Levent is made upon check-in. They did not insist on a deposit. The lobby of the hotel is quite spacious and stretches like a gallery from the entrance to the hotel to the opposite part, where the restaurant is located. In addition to the reception, there is a lobby bar called Cafe by Sheraton and a concierge desk. There is also a business center with a computer and printer in the lobby. A free shuttle service to Levent, Maslak and Şişli Metro Stations departs from the hotel at 8:00 a.m. on weekdays.
My corner suite 1115 was located on the 11th floor. The room area is 55m2 and it looks more like a junior suite than a full suite. The room has a living room with a sofa, an armchair and a table, as well as a separate sleeping area. On the right wall there was a wardrobe with a standard set of items, including a safe, bathrobes, slippers and more. The bedroom has a wide double bed. A large TV is hanging on the wall opposite the bed, as it should be. And to the left of it, in a niche on a separate bedside table, there are tea and coffee accessories, including a kettle and a capsule coffee machine. There was a full minibar inside. There was no work area in the room. To the left of the entrance to the room there is a small bathroom with everything you need. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a glass partition with blinds. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower, one sink and a toilet. Gilchrist & Soames cosmetics.
Breakfast at the Sheraton Istanbul Levent takes place from 6:00 to 10:30 on weekdays and from 6:00 to 11:00 on weekends at the Levantino restaurant, located on the Ground Floor, in the part of the lobby far from the reception. The restaurant has plenty of seating. In the center of the hall there is a large island area with cuts, salads, vegetables, fruits and dairy products. The offered range is standard for a five-star hotel, without any special features. To the left of the island layout is a Live Station, where a variety of egg dishes are prepared. It is also possible to order eggs Benedict with salmon or bacon. Hot drinks could be ordered from the waiters, or prepared on their own at the appropriate counter. There was also an opportunity to make it yourself or ask for the waiter's help in preparing fruit and vegetable freshes.
The hotel has a Sheraton Club lounge in the Sheraton Istanbul Levent, located between the ground and ground floors on the mezzanine level A. It is open from 8:00 to 23:00. Breakfast is not provided in the lounge. Hot and cold drinks are available throughout the day. Fruits and snacks are also offered in the afternoon. In the evening, from 17:00 to 19:00, the lounge offers a set of appetizers, a hot dish and a dessert menu. At the same time, the offer is limited to only one set per guest. An open buffet with snacks is not provided. I didn't really like this concept. I hope that in the future it will be supplemented or changed to a more traditional one. In addition, a limited range of mediocre alcohol is offered from 17:00 to 20:00. Red and white Turkish wine and something very vaguely similar to cider are available. There are also two types of local beer. Strong alcohol is not offered.
The Fitness and Spa at the Sheraton Istanbul Levent are located on Level -2, which can be accessed by taking the elevator down. The Spa is represented by the traditional Sheraton brand Shine Spa. The spa and thermal area with pools are open from 7:00 to 22:00. Complimentary visits to the sauna, hammam, and swimming pool are available to hotel guests. The sauna and hammam are located in the changing rooms. The 24-hour fitness center is located right in front of the Spa reception and is a fairly well-equipped and spacious room.

We went to iftar for my birthday. Everything was very tasty and high quality at the open buffet. It was a very decent environment. The employees were all very caring and kind. We didn't feel like we were having dinner out, we felt like we were officially guests. They also have an open buffet breakfast, so I'd like to go again.

Upon check-in, they requested payment of the deposit, although they did not ask other people settling in. The hotel was pre-booked and paid for by the organization. There were no warnings about additional fees. And after the refusal, we were immediately emptied of the bar. It was not unpleasant. I don't want to think that this attitude is to the Russians
