Lovely hotel in Novi Sad, the friendliest staff. A comfortable spa and a good gym, quality breakfasts. The location is super close to the center

Great hotel. When we go to Serbia with clients, we settle them in this hotel. Clean rooms, excellent breakfasts, a hotel in the city limits. You can get to the fortress by Yandex taxi in 10 minutes, and to the city center in 15-20 minutes at a leisurely pace. The only thing I don't like is coffee for breakfast. Coffee machines are frankly not very good.

I love this hotel, I have stayed 2 times and if I go to Novi Sad, I will only stay there. Bravo to management and staff for everything! Large rooms, modern new furniture. Great breakfast, very tasty ivar))) but I want to note separately - this is a BED! It 's not a bed - it's some kind of heavenly cloud!!! From which I do not want to crawl out, I was tired at work, but after spending the night in such a bed (excellent soft linen, pillows and a blanket), all fatigue was removed by hand. I am ready to come to Sheraton many, many more times to sleep))) I love you Sheraton Novi sad !

There is a very strong ventilation noise in the rooms, the noise comes from the bathtub, and this is the problem of the whole hotel, they settle for a long time, the mattresses are very soft. If these facts matter to you, stay at another hotel.

A good hotel, the staff speaks English, there is 1 outlet in the room, the rest are with European voltage, the breakfast (buffet) is rich, there is plenty to choose from, You can order icing. Overall, I liked it
