This is my second time here - only great reviews. The staff is ready to fulfill any wish. The rooms are cleaned well, the territory is looked after and cleaned. The beach is private, there are enough sun loungers. The kitchen deserves special praise. Good luck!!

Great hotel! We were in June for 7 days. Super breakfasts, very helpful staff. Very beautiful territory. Across the street is Sevan Elevator around the clock, there is also a Thai cuisine restaurant, Tom Yam 200 Baht, and also an Italian restaurant across the street, the pizza is very tasty. Union pay was paid everywhere. They cleaned well, changed the bed, and left small tips. They take a deposit, they took $ 200 from us for 7 nights, but you can also deposit it in baht. There is a taxi service to the airport and any attraction that can be paid with a card at the reception, we have a Union Pay card, payment has always been made. A great tennis court is free of charge, but you need to make a reservation in advance, and we also had a container of water in ice on the court by the scheduled hour. Just be careful with durian in the room, there may be a large fine, about 7,500 baht. The area is very quiet, there is nothing to see, but by appointment, it is better to register in the morning, there is a transfer to the center of the island, to a large shopping center, which is very convenient.

Everything in this place is great! 1. Stunning manicured grounds, the feeling that the hotel is located right in the jungle. There is even a mini waterfall and a fish pond.; 2. The staff. They are above all praise, friendly, responsive, everyone tries to make the guests happy.; 3. The breakfasts are great in my opinion, there is everything, even milk porridge; 4. The beach is beautiful - clean, sparsely populated, there were always enough sun beds; there is a photogenic palm tree (you need to go to the left), on / near which you can take beautiful photos; massage is done very well next to the same palm tree; fire shows are held in the evenings on certain days; 5. The rooms are clean and well-groomed, the cleaning did not cause any complaints; 6. Restaurants - there were 2 of them on the territory of the hotel, everything is delicious, the service is excellent (even by Moscow standards); 7. There is a children's playground and even animation. We couldn't evaluate it, because there were practically no children and my son wasn't interested in playing there alone.; The Rosselkhoznadzor union pay was accepted almost everywhere in the hotel and outside, which was very gratifying. The weather in the second half of September was also pleasant, the rains were mostly short-lived, and the rest was not particularly disturbed. It was cool on the beach only a couple of days after lunch. Overall, the place is great for a family/romantic getaway. Nearby there is 7/11 , several cafes and that's it) We went to eat seafood in the center - 300 Baht in one direction, we bought fruits there too.

A chic hotel with a green area and a beautiful clean beach with snow-white sand and azure water; delicious breakfasts with a wide selection of dishes; barbecue dinners should be booked otherwise do not judge (there are 7-10 tables on the coastline); cozy rooms are well cleaned; polite and considerate staff; the SPA on site is average by Moscow standards There is a daily shuttle service to the city from the hotel.

A solid four. Five for the territory. The hotel is not new, but it is well maintained. The rooms are clean, there is everything you need, everything is replenished on time. At first, they were accommodated in a room for people with disabilities, and after our request, they were transferred to another one. The buffet is without frills, but everything you need is there. Excellent Thai massage at the spa. Places on the beach in the shade are "close together".

We visited the Sheraton Samui resort at the end of May 2025. The hotel leaves a pleasant impression, it is old, but well-maintained, the rooms are in good condition, we see no point in writing about minor shortcomings, since they do not affect the quality of rest. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower caps, razors, soap, shower gel, shampoo, lotion, comb are all delivered every day. Four bottles of water. Tea and coffee are constantly added. The territory is very well maintained and picturesque, waking up to the singing of birds is magical! It is possible to travel around the territory by buggy, which may be important in the heat. The beach and the entrance to the water are excellent, especially if you are with small children (small). The breakfasts, as has been repeatedly noted here, are cool and varied. The staff is customer-oriented and friendly . If you are looking for activities, evening programs, then you are definitely not here...There is peace and quiet here. The neighborhood, in our opinion, is not very good next to the hotel (there are no fruit stands, as well as good cafes and decent massage parlors, I was not impressed with what I had). There is a free shuttle service to Central Samui several times a day (booking at the reception). In general, we recommend this hotel to visit for couples or families with young children who prefer a leisurely, "seal-like" vacation. p.s. Across the street there is an "exchanger" with a good exchange rate ("white" and "blue" $ accept the same rate of 32.5, UNION PAY works almost everywhere).

A chain hotel. Better price/quality ratio of services. The perfect beach for the summer season. Somewhat monotonous , but with a large assortment of breakfast. The coffee is quite so-so! Low congestion of the beach line , good organization of service. Clean and well-maintained coastal strip. Fine sand. Clean water.

A great place for a relaxing holiday. Nice green area, there are waterfalls, goldfish. I'll make a reservation right away that the hotel is located in a mountainous terrain, so it may not be comfortable for someone to walk, but electric cars often drive around the territory, which will take you where you need to go. The breakfasts are very good, lunch and dinner are available, but more expensive than on the street. The rooms are clean, everything you need is there. The sea is clear, the depth is gradual over clean sand. I recommend.

We had a rest in early May 2024. Great hotel. I definitely recommend it. Everything is decent, location, beach, service. Great breakfasts. Pho Bo soup, egg Benedict, Pad Thai... Lots of fruits: papaya, pineapple, watermelon, passion fruit, bananas, longan, pitaya. Mango was only in the form of mashed potatoes, it was suitable as a filler for natural yogurt. We had dinner at a Thai restaurant across the street. The restaurant is clean and tidy. The staff is attentive, the cooks are great. They cooked quickly. Unfortunately, they did not remember the name (next to the Japanese one). In the restaurant, everything that was not ordered was very tasty. Fish and chips 380 baht (recommended), tempura 240 baht, tom yam, pad thai 180 baht. The rest was a complete success.

We have been here since August 16, 2023. We like everything! Yes, the hotel is not super new, but it is very cozy, beautiful, homely. The staff is very friendly and friendly. The rooms are cleaned every day, the breakfast is good. Since we have a rented car, it stands in the parking lot at the hotel for free. There is a minimarket nearby. The beach is beautiful, we rested for 9 days, I really liked it! The sea was quiet for several days, and for two days there were small waves, it was very cool to swim! The views are gorgeous! You can see the fish by the rocks on the beach or walk to the northern part of the beach and there are reefs there! Nearby there are 7 levels, cafes. It is very convenient to go to the Central Festival, it is nearby. And the most important thing is the staff! They helped us to get ferry tickets without any problems!

The hotel itself is very good for a seal or business holiday - compact, quiet, cozy. To any point within a minute walk - restaurant, pool, beach, reception, everything is nearby. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner on the menu. There are few people, there are always free sun beds with umbrellas, no queues for breakfast. Wi-Fi catches even on the beach, though with difficulty, the rooms are perfect, the speed is more than 100 Mbps. The main disadvantage in Koh Samui and Phuket is the almost complete absence of sidewalks outside the hotels. I want to take a walk, but I don't want to walk along the side of the road, looking around so that I don't get hit by a scooter. It's also a minus - it's hard to get there. They fly from Moscow only to Phuket, they will have to spend one night in a transit hotel, then 4 hours by minivan, 1.5 hours by ferry and another half hour by minivan. Although there is an airport on Koh Samui, it is not international. I would also like a buffet for lunch and dinner. The menu is not very convenient and the dishes are of the same type.
