Good afternoon, I, Silvestrova Tatiana Nikolaevna, would like to express my gratitude to Svetlana, the receptionist at the Sheraton Sharjah Beach Resort & Spa hotel, for a very warm, sensitive attitude towards us as tourists!!!! Since February 28, my husband and I have been in isolation for 10 days at a hotel in Sharjah. A foreign country, a language barrier, complete isolation in 4 walls - all this made our vacation unbearable. And thanks to Svetlana, we resolved all the issues that were bothering us. She reacted very quickly to every request. There was concern and concern in her every word. And even when we were already at home, she continued to write to us and ask about the state of health and the flight. Svetlana! - You are our guardian angel, our soul was calm with you!!!
