Nice hotel. We were from June 5 to June 15.It was warm at 34-38 in the afternoon, the sea was warm, the children did not get out. The nights are warm too. There are a lot of deck chairs, there are no problems finding them. The territory is well maintained.The restaurant offers a variety of menus. The fruits are all ripe and delicious. The animation is new and interesting every evening. The kids' club is open until 12 a.m., my daughter was there all the time. She was allowed to go out without our permission, she came to our beach on her own, returned there on her own. The rooms are not very terrible, but they have already been seen, but we were not going to sit in the room. There are many different shops outside the hotel, and shopping malls are 800 meters away. There is a pharmacy across the street, where payment is possible in St. Petersburg, which is very encouraging) The hotel is decent, I recommend it.

A very nice hotel! We rested for 10 days in June 2025, flew by like one day!!! I would really like to come back...The advantages are a pleasant, beautiful and understandable territory.Wonderful water slides, delicious and varied food in restaurants, good animation, clean and beautiful pools, an awesome teahouse and a luxurious beach with a pier and a bar, where we spent 80% of our vacation!!!Drinks beer and alcohol of high quality (very well tested).Fun evening programs and a light disco with live vocals at the beach bar!!! Very good daytime entertainment for adults and children-I can't count everything...Of the small disadvantages that I voiced back at the hotel at the Guest room (they reacted almost immediately)-an oldish deck on the pier, you can plant splinters, a not very cozy cafe for a late dinner with a minimal selection of dishes, and a modest reception area (there is no chic). I repeat, these are all small things, in general, I put a solid 5! Believe me, there is something to compare it with.The contingent was mostly Europeans, there were about 20 percent Russians, I don't know how it is now.

Super hotel!!! I don't know why there are so few reviews about it, because it's beautiful. My husband and I had a rest together from June 16-23. We checked in right away, at 11 a.m. The hotel is perfect for couples without children, as well as for families with children. There is enough entertainment for everyone. The hotel is considered more European, there are few Russians, there is no bracelet system, because it is typically "premium". Gorgeous green area, lots of pools, clean beach, clear water. Super water park. There are many cafes on site. Imported alcohol (Martel, Chivas, Aperol, etc.). A variety of food (red fish, cheese with mold, crayfish, mussels, shrimp, octopus, mutton, duck, etc.). Food and alcohol around the clock (there is even a night cafe). There is a 16+ swimming pool. We arrived at the hotel at the end of October at 7 a.m., checked in immediately (and our friends, who arrived 3 days later, also early in the morning, were not checked in until 12:00). The rooms are tired in both buildings. They lived both there and there. I had to change the number. The toilet's drain button wasn't working. The rooms are all large Suites: 2 double beds, a single bed and an armchair-bed. Even though we lived together. The room is spacious. Ask for a dental kit, shaving kit, sponges and ear sticks immediately upon arrival. There is no sound insulation at all. The child cries at night, the grandmother coughs. It's like being in your room. The hotel is designed for families with children and pensioners. I haven't seen so many kids in a long time. By the ratio of residents: 90% of Germans and British. The food is decent. Everything is delicious and nutritious. Of the cons: fish. I haven't tried anything, it's all unsalted and not tasty. Fruits and sweets are all available. The heated pool is always filled with children and moms. (Towels are placed on the rods from 6 a.m.) by the way, towels are provided by cards. Olmeka Tequila is always available in bars. And the Champagne is bad (Turkish). Mikhail, the cheerful bartender, is always at the pier bar on the beach. He already knows our preferences. I liked the animators: Kristina and Ali. Very funny and friendly guys. They will always help and tell you everything. I didn't like the African-American animator (I forgot his name), who leads Darts. He is a very meticulous and dissatisfied "pensioner". But with good company, a vacation is always good. 👍 Minus: Drinks are served in plastic cups in bars on the streets, there is no glass. Only 2 people liked the show: Madonna and Elvis Presley. The rest are so-so. There are no freshly squeezed juices here. There are many shopping malls and shops near the hotel. You can just go for a walk. Bottom line: a hotel for couples with children and pensioners. We were also unlucky with the weather, it rained and was cloudy in places for several days. The hotel is not bad, but not for its price tag. We won't go a second time.

They bring clean towels, a bar, and soap accessories. Super! I really liked everything. We've only been here for 4 days, there are no night discos, but it's quiet and cozy, a real place to relax. The only negative is that it's noisy, the neighbors have been talking so loudly in the morning that they can be heard outside the door in the hallway. Then we went to other hotels, there is a direct comparison.

The food concept does not correspond to the "ultra all inclusive", there is no night restaurant, all street restaurants are open until 18:00, and the food court near the beach is generally only open until 16:00. We were on vacation at this hotel from August 26, 2025 to September 5 with our five-year-old daughter. On the third day, I collapsed with my intestines. On the sixth day, my daughter collapsed with an ear infection and a throat with a high fever. What can I say about nutrition, there is food, every day is in fact the same, for breakfast there are three types of eggs, cereals and sausage cheeses and what was not eaten for dinner. A couple of times there were squid, shrimp and sushi (not tasty). Ice cream, waffles, a coffee shop with cakes and a top beach party! Practically no one speaks Russian, we communicated using a Google translator. Wi-Fi catches everywhere. On the first day, we moved into a "penthouse" on the top floor with an inoperable air conditioner, a fungus in the bathroom, and a broken closet. The hotel is old and in need of major repairs, the rooms are terrible... but as they say, we didn't come to sit in the room. But even in the main restaurant, where all breakfasts, lunches, and dinners are held, there is a mushroom! The air conditioner is leaking directly onto the table! The beach is wide, more or less clean. Animation every day, something new every time. One of the staff said that the director of the hotel had changed, which was probably why everything had gone so wrong there. I wouldn't pay 300k again for something like this... and I'm unlikely to return to this hotel again.

In any case, the sheets on one of the beds were changed only a week later. Towels in the rooms and on the beach are not always clean and whole. There are problems with the cleanliness of dishes in the restaurant, and we have repeatedly come across plates with leftovers, stains on cups and glasses. Two people from our company were poisoned, and we even had to seek medical help for insurance. And after talking with the staff, we realized that this is not our specific case, but the system. The food in the main restaurant is rarely hot, mostly warm, and there have been cases where dishes from lunch were heated up for dinner. It was pretty monotonous, and after the poisoning they stopped eating at the main restaurant altogether. I was extremely surprised that we were denied extra towels for the beach. One in hand. We had a family suite, the penultimate most expensive room in this hotel. This type of room is sold neither on the hotel's website nor by tour operators without a view of the sea or mountains. We were accommodated with a view of the mosque, with all the impressions that follow, at 5 a.m., to change it, they asked for an additional payment of 40 euros per day. In general, the hotel can be given a maximum of 3. On the positive side, there is a good beach and entrance to the sea, many pools for adults and children, animation is actively working, but without imposing entertainment, interesting evening programs. A very funny team of animators. An excellent presenter of show programs. We also recommend yoga classes. The rooms are ordinary, without frills, but everything you need is there. Cleaning is normal. Meals - I would say that breakfast and lunch are a very good four, dinners are a five. At first, there were not enough strawberries and watermelons. Literally a day later, everything appeared. There are nuances, if you have children, then you will have to eat in the main hall, and there, I would like to recommend updating some details of the interior and furniture. We ate in the 16+ room and it's quieter and more comfortable there. There is a children's club, several playgrounds, a swimming pool that is covered by an awning from the sun, and a large water park.
