There is a good selection of alcoholic beverages (after all, a branded store) and there are basic necessities. Comfortable, handy, clean, cozy. There is a lot of free space in this building-it would be possible to open a good grocery store.

Found a place to open a store! You can't go in with a stroller, so also the constant unloading of cars with food blocks the entire sidewalk.
