The heating does not work at 60 Pobedy Ave. (entrance No. 5). Since the beginning of the heating season, which FOR SOME REASON began two weeks later, one riser in the apartments is not heated AT ALL ...!!! According to the second riser, the battery is BARELY WARM...!!! Repeated complaints to the phone measure 1551, the result is given FOR a DAY ..., a maximum of TWO, and again the heat is turned off ...!!! DEAR EMPLOYEES OF THE housing department "Degtyarevskaya" ..., give an answer ... if YOU HAVE A CONSCIENCE ...???!!! There are NO debts..., we pay for utilities REGULARLY...!!! THANKS in advance...!!!
