I would like to sincerely thank the team of doctors at the clinic. I had a planned operation to remove my gallbladder here. And even with new technology! Despite this, I decided to apply again, as the clinic was recommended. When I called, they confirmed to me that a vision check and lenses were available, but in fact, when I arrived, I was informed that there was no lens specialist and they offered to come the next day. At the same time, I clarified this point in advance. I can check my eyesight at my clinic for free anyway.In the end, I wasted my time and didn't get what I expected.

Doctors are top class! Sanitary standards are at the highest level! The patients are being examined perfectly. There is an excellent kitchen, good food, decent care. But the guards do not know the concept of human communication. There is a separation, someone is allowed into the gang, someone is not. If there is any rule, it should apply to everyone!

On August 21, 2023, I called the clinic at 17.00, a man answered me, apparently a security guard, as I was later told, I asked how ENT doctors work, he said daily until 16.00. I specified, and at 15.00 it is possible to come, after my work, it is so convenient for me, will the doctor be on the operation??? He said that the doctor is not alone and help will be provided. I came on August 23, 2023 at 15.00 and asked at the reception desk, to which I was answered by everyone on the operation, how long to wait for 2 hours, I began to very politely clarify that I was told like this on the phone, then one girl asked another to call someone and find out, but she played on the phone and continued then some other m/s came and said she was coming now, I went to the office, but I didn't wait for a doctor or anyone. After I asked who the chief doctor was, they told me that now the deputy chief doctor is on the second floor, on the sign Nosimov B.G. he sorted out the situation, apologized, ENT came and help was provided to me, and also promised that he would talk to the girls. By the way, the girls themselves didn't even think to apologize. Everything would be fine, but unfortunately the same situation repeats. Yesterday I call in the afternoon, a girl picks up the phone, I ask when I should come, that the doctor was not on the operation??? She says that from 8.00 to 16.00, operations are not scheduled for tomorrow yet, I specify at 11.00 is it OK?? She says yes. I come, and the doctor's ENT says, and he left for surgery. I go up to Nosimov again, and I say that why is this given the wrong information??? I show him the bandage, he asks when they operated??? And we now have one ENT doctor, I'm already crying, (because in recent days I suffered a severe hypertensive crisis for the first time in my life and I had a tamponade, which should be removed in two days, nerves are at the limit from all diseases and procedures), I say that no one operated on me, I have a tamponade, I I turn around and leave, no one stopped me, no one apologized. I told him I would complain.So, it turns out that this is the norm in this clinic??? Junior honey.the staff is not educated, does not have reliable information? And this is a system, and not a one-time tactless attitude??? I live nearby and it's convenient for me to go to this clinic, especially since ENT doctors are good. But why does the management of the clinic not carry out any work with the junior med.personnel? After all, the registry is the face of the clinic.
