I recently visited your store in order to select and buy an office chair. I would like to share my impressions of the visit, which, unfortunately, were not the most positive. First of all, I appreciate the wide range of chairs available in your store and the reasonable prices. However, the selection and purchase process overshadowed the overall impression. When trying to carefully select a chair, given the importance of its long-term use and the impact on back health, I was faced with a misunderstanding from the staff. In particular, we were denied the opportunity to test the chairs long enough to make an informed choice. Despite the fact that the store was not loaded and the staff was not busy serving other customers, we had to convince them to allow us to spend the necessary time sitting on chairs before making a purchase decision.
I understand that each store may have its own rules regarding product testing, but it is extremely important that customers can fully evaluate the product, especially when it comes to items that affect health and everyday comfort. A more attentive and respectful attitude to the needs of customers will not only help you make the right choice, but also have a positive impact on the reputation of your store.
