A week later, I write and they reply that at the time of my request for an appointment, everything was busy for 2 weeks in advance... the most interesting thing is that the site shows the next entry a day later. The messages remained in the dialogue. The storage period of the tires should be several days, the order was canceled because I did not pick up within 2 hours and 40 minutes from the time of the message "ready for delivery" Outrageous customer service!
