They explained everything in detail — they told how the laser works, described possible sensations and gave recommendations on care. It helped me feel calm and confident. The procedure itself was quick and almost painless — thanks to the cooling gel, I felt only a slight tingling sensation. The hair began to fall out after a week, and the new ones grow thinner and noticeably less often. I'll be going to the second session soon and, of course, to Shine West!

The surgeon is excellent, there are no questions about the work, everything is fast, neat and positive. Admins are very strange. They call for confirmation once, and if they don't pick it up, you won't be able to reach them yourself. Sit and wonder if your record was canceled or not. I paid in cash and they weren't going to give me a check without asking, so they announced the amount and gave me change. I asked for a receipt on principle. If anything happens, I won't prove my visit.
