Natalia Klimovich is a Specialist who can be trusted by 1000%, a professional in his field, approaches the procedure very sensitively and carefully (he paints over all moles, tattoos, does not leave a single millimeter of the body area without attention), provided all information on the topic, answered all questions. To each question, he showed his irritation and dissatisfaction with his whole appearance - it is clear that the doctor clearly does not like people and what he does. Before the appointment, she clarified whether it was possible to remove a small vessel on her forehead at the same time. As a result, instead of a barely noticeable vessel, there are 3 holes on the forehead. He said that 3 scars would remain from these holes only after he had removed them. The question is, WHY would I need another, but more obvious, cosmetic defect instead of one barely noticeable one? Why didn't the doctor warn you about this in advance? Terribly upset and dissatisfied with his work (I do not recommend anyone to contact him.

I called for a long time to make an appointment, but no one answered the phone and there was no feedback. I was booked into a clinic in Uruchye, the time was announced, and the conversation was completed very quickly. Subsequent attempts to call during the day to clarify the address and details were unsuccessful. I had to search for the clinic's address on the Internet on my own. A huge disappointment was the complete lack of parking at this clinic, located directly opposite a several-storey shopping center, which has no more than 20 parking spaces. Cars all over the neighborhood are parked on lawns and curbs. Which, of course, I wasn't warned about during the recording either. And my "half an hour earlier" turned into 40 minutes of searching the entire parking area. Fortunately, I managed to get through to the call center at that time, and the clinic knew that I was late due to the incompetence and organization of the call center. The receptionist at the clinic was very polite, which you can't say about the doctor! I have never seen such indifference and rudeness even in city hospitals. He was in a hurry and didn't care about anything at all. They just gave me papers to sign with the words: "and quickly, otherwise we won't make it!" as he put it. Although I was less than 10 minutes late. I had an appointment at 10.20, at 10.48 I already left his office. The procedure lasted less than 10 minutes. And instead of the whole face, I got only partially done. Some of the pigment spots did not even go away, they were not done around the lips, at the corners of the lips, or anything at all on the nasolabial tube, and the lower half of the forehead was also not done. Before the procedure, there was no examination, not a single question about the health and skin type. NOTHING AT ALL. I am a white-skinned natural blonde with very tanned skin and dark colored hair. Presumably she received a severe burn. The skin is sore and severely inflamed in the places where the laser was applied, especially on the cheekbones. She still hadn't gone out into the sun, and she hadn't even gone near the windows. It is very important to hear the opinion of the management of this medical center about this situation.
