I thought it was a responsible and more or less high-level studio.
While I went for hair removal, it seemed to be the case. I decided to go to mesotherapy. On Monday, I made an appointment for Thursday (3 full days difference!). The consultant named two drugs and when I asked in more detail, she said that the doctor would tell me everything.
So it turned out, the doctor kindly told me everything about the drug and when I decided on the choice (since I decided to read about the drugs myself before the procedure), I said, "oh, you know, but probably this drug will not be available, it must be ordered in advance."
It sounded like a joke.
After all, I did not pass by the center and did not decide to drop in for another procedure.
I made an appointment in advance. In 3 days.
What did the consultant mean by "the doctor will tell you everything"? Will he tell you that "this drug must be ordered in advance"?

Chief physician Shundrick M.G. performed a biorevitalization procedure, injuring a vessel in the near-orbital zone with the result in the form of a hematoma, which began to manifest itself immediately after the procedure. After the procedure, cold compression was not offered as a first aid for removing hematoma. 2 days after contacting the clinic for a severe hematoma, Shundrick M.G. performed phototherapy, which, as it turned out later, is contraindicated for the treatment of hematoma. During the phototherapy, the permissible dose was exceeded, as a result, a severe burn was caused with skin damage and crust formation. Shundrick M.G. absolved herself of responsibility, blaming me, as a patient, for all the consequences.
As a result, severe skin burn in the area around the eyes, subsequent prolonged tissue healing with scarring and scar formation, vascular damage.
The recovery was taken over by the chief physician of another ShineEst clinic, for which I am grateful to him, + in addition, I am undergoing treatment at the clinic in Moscow. The vessels are still injured and cannot recover more than 1 year after the interventions of Shundrick M.G., despite the use of various cosmetic procedures.
I highly recommend not contacting Shundrick M.G. This specialist disfigured my face.

Besides the fact that she is a highly qualified specialist who is deeply versed not only in cosmetology, but also in many other related fields of medicine, she is also an excellent psychologist, and just a good person who never works according to a stereotypical pattern.
There is never any place for pain, uncertainty, fear, wasted efforts, time and money at her reception. But there is a place of joy - joy for yourself, for getting into good hands so in time, for being able to fully trust and not doubt anything.

The first time I came to do laser hair removal, the doctor unintentionally but fired a laser into the eye, almost lost an eye, had to be treated abroad. I returned to them a year later to repeat the procedure, there was another doctor and did everything very badly, so the procedure will have to be repeated, very poor quality of service. I do not recommend anyone to visit this salon!!!

It is possible to record via a telegram bot, but the person who communicates there is not particularly able to correspond with clients. I specify what I want, the approximate day and other information, and everything is written to me for this. Well, how about offering other days?? No, you have to ask all this yourself, because the manager is not interested... In the studio itself, after the procedure, I was never offered to sign up for the next one, although these procedures must be completed by the course... The last time they told me at all, "well, when the device is finished, you get up there yourself, sign up and you can go," the service is 5 out of 5)). So maybe then I'll do the procedure for myself, and pay myself the money?)) In general, the first impression of the first and second doctor was pleasant, but even then there were these shoals with "sign up" for the next procedure, now I'm completely tired of running after them. I'll go one last time, and I'll look for another studio, since they're not interested.

And how is an appointment with a trichologist possible without a trichoscopy? It's strange that you share these services. In any medical center, they warn you when you add. services and inform about the price. I only found out about it after leaving the office.
She was also registered with a dermatologist, but immediately canceled the appointment, since this format of working with patients is not acceptable. I will use the services of a center where they know that they need to tell the patient everything, and not conceal and keep silent.

(Surgically, of course, it is more expensive). I went to another doctor in another clinic for an alternative opinion, where they immediately gave a conclusion about the type of education and removed it with a laser (a 0.5 cm scar). After visiting this center, there was an unpleasant impression of imposing more expensive, rather than necessary

Good afternoon. I go to you for laser hair removal procedures for a year. Everything used to be great, but lately the service has become just disgusting.
19.10. I was registered (via the website) for the procedure of laser hair removal of three zones. I came 10 minutes before the start of the procedure, I told the reception that I had come, everything was OK, I was waiting for the procedure. The procedure did not begin and did not begin. When 10 minutes had passed from the start of the procedure, I decided to approach the registrar to clarify how long we were staying. As a result, it turned out that the specialist had been free for a long time and he simply had not been informed about my visit.
Next, I went to the office for the procedure and then it turns out that I was recorded not for 3, but for 2 zones (although I indicated three zones when recording) and there is no time at all, and only 20 minutes were allotted for me, more than 10 of which have already passed, and in general "it is better not to use the site sign up." Now I have to go back to the salon to do another procedure.
It was a very unpleasant situation, the specialist apologized at the end of the procedure that the patch came out, and at the reception they preferred to pretend that nothing had happened.
I also visited a trichologist at the branch on Revolyutsionnaya Street a couple of weeks ago. The reception was delayed by half an hour. I didn't hear any apologies. It was as if this was the absolute norm.
Absolute disrespect for someone else's time.
I initially left a review on your site, but there was no reaction from you, so I'm writing here.

Arriving at the center, the receptionist informed me that the doctor was delayed for 40 minutes and I had to wait. When asked why they didn't call and warn, the answer is that the doctor recently started a shift and the doctor thought he could catch up. Friends, you don't have a beauty salon! For the clinic, as you position yourself, this is a fiasco. Disappointed. I do not recommend it.
