I broke a tire on my way to work the other day, and I stopped at the MKAD. They gave me a jack and a key for a small deposit to remove the wheel. I brought the wheel to them. The hole turns out to be glass. It was done quickly (~ 30 min), efficiently and very inexpensively (40p). The guys helped out a lot. Recommend
