I visited the Shintek tire shop today. The service was quite fast and high-quality, the staff were polite and professional. However, the prices for the services turned out to be higher than I expected. In addition, it was quite cold in the room, which slightly spoiled the impression. In general, the service is good, but there are minor flaws, so I give Shintek tire repair 3 stars.

Disgusting service. The service was refused, even on a first-come, first-served basis. The request to invite the administrator was refused, the request to issue a complaint book was refused. With a broken wheel, they offered to drive for 2 days.

I visited the Shintek service station on 04/16/2022, in order to replace winter tires with summer ones.
I was very pleased with the convenient online recording via the website.
I arrived by appointment, all the work was done quickly and efficiently, courteous and pleasant staff, a fairly adequate price in the current realities. In addition, seasonal tire storage is organized, which I took advantage of.

Disgusting rubber replacement service. When "changing shoes", the black sticky layer left over from the previous balancing weights was not removed. Not only does it look disgusting, but it is also dangerous for your bearings: in winter, a lot of ice sticks to these tapes. They refused to fix it in a rough way. At the same time, the cost of work is much higher than that of competitors.

Pleasant staff, convenient location, "own" playground. In the morning, I damaged a wheel (winter), drove 500-700 m. I came to them and asked: can I do it? Come on in (without throwing out that you need to apply online, or some other record). I drove in, took off, looked at the wheel, warned that most likely there would be a small bump "hernia" (as a result, it did not come out, although there were 2 cuts, with a passage inside). They asked what not to do, but immediately made it clear that there would be no guarantee for such work (it is understandable, with our roads). The cast disc also went to the 1st place, it was leveled in 10 minutes, slightly scratching the outer part, well, here too it is clear the disc R18, 225). I won't tell you the price, but you can say that the price is good (somewhere in the garage and it would be cheaper, but you finish the garage).

I understand that after my review, it will now be more difficult for me to sign up for a HUNDRED "Shintek" because of even longer queues, but it is wrong and ungrateful to hide the gratitude that overwhelms me inside.
So, for my 3 requests to the service, I changed my Mazda 6:
1. Half of the rear suspension. Part of the front: anther and sails, and not only, steering tip, etc. I repaired the muffler.
2. Clutch master cylinder (with connecting pipes and tubes, as well as liquid).
3. Gearbox, flywheel, basket, clutch disc, release bearing, nozzles, oil in the gearbox. Some additional little things.
The masters and the director at the Shintek service station showed not only a professional approach to business, but I will also note additional qualities that I rarely meet, so I really appreciate. This is an attitude towards the client as a good relative whom you want to help, and towards the client's car as your own. I have only positive feedback and impressions about their work. And for the fact that the director did things for me that he didn't have to do, that only a brother or a good friend would do for me - respect, respect and regret that there is no rating higher than "5".
Thank you very much for making my car, especially in complicated conditions - my absence from the city!
For repairs, for the attitude to the client and the work, for the prices now only to you.
I will be very pleased to hold an interesting event for you)
