Funny guys work there)
I found them on cream, arrived without an appointment, one immediately said that they would not be able to accept, but the second employee said that they would still accept after servicing the current client, they say they will have time. I would like to note that I did not ask anyone and if they had said that they would not be able to accept, then I would have gone to others.
Next, I purchased a cream promo code for 2 rubles, and waited for my turn.
At the same time, right after the tire repair of the car in front of me was completed, a client arrived by appointment, after which the second employee came up to me, turned on the fool and said that they would not be able to accept me since I was not on the record :) to my argument that if I had been on the record, the question would not have been raised whether they would accept me/ or not at all, the employee said he thought I was on the record :)
I can't say anything about qualifications as specialists, but I lost half an hour out of the blue.
You need to answer for the words, and not mumble later that you misunderstood

When you apply for such a service, you don't expect much. Just throw the rubber over. But there are moments here too. Probably not everyone will pay attention, but still.
I have a new car. You always want to keep the new longer with the new, without replacing anything. The guys are working fast, but I can't say that it's pleasant. A couple of days after the replacement, I found out that they put black nipple caps instead of gray ones (2 out of 4). At first I thought that mine had fallen somewhere and they had put another one on. But no, there were 2 of them. Looking ahead, I will say that I arrived and found mine, but also not everything is so calm. They snapped a little, making excuses.
Why can't such an elementary thing be done well? unscrewed - put - rolled - screwed back.
Another point with tire pressure. They asked how much, said "2.2". In fact, the sensor showed the wrong thing at all: 2.5, 2.6, 2.3. Well, okay, if all were the same (2.5 - 2.6), but one wheel was significantly different. Well, damn it, why is that? I had to go straight away and redo it myself. I'm asking for a favor. Not complicated, not plastic surgery after all. And then I hear, "You could unscrew the caps yourself." So maybe I should hang up the wheels myself? What the hell is "tire repair services" for at all? Kam baek tu yuesesar?!
