Very nice hotel, friendly Russian-speaking guy at the reception. THE location is very good - near the hotel there is a supermarket SAS, which has a food court, an exchanger (an analogue of our SPAR). A 2-minute walk from the bus stop, from which buses go to all parts of Yerevan. Of the minuses-the construction site is nearby, but it does not interfere with a quiet rest in any way (work on the construction site is carried out strictly from 9 am to 18:00) I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Thank you very much to the owners of the hotel for the cordial and warm welcome! The rooms are very cozy and comfortable, there is hot water (in many apartments in the city they turn off the water in the evenings in principle) and air conditioners. I recommend it!

One of the best hotels in the "price-quality" category in Yerevan. Spacious room, everything is new, clean, large comfortable bed, separate dressing room, good water pressure in the shower There is a shared kitchen and a refrigerator Very hospitable and attentive staff Across the street there is a 24-hour supermarket, an exchange, a pharmacy and a huge high-quality food court with dishes from different countries of the world And all this for an adequate price! I'm glad I found this place.

So, the hotel is noisy, the bathroom turned out to be in the hallway (like its own). As a result, when I had a remark that someone else's garbage was there on the last day, the hotel owner decided to declare that I had broken the hair dryer there. By the way, there was no cleaning or linen change.
