The same trouble as in the previous comment. But besides everything, in response to my indignation, they replied to me: do not call here anymore... Then ignore it... However, a couple of hours later, when I finally got through to them and this faggot manager with an incomplete secondary school education heard my voice, saying into the phone: go fuck yourself.
So think about whether you should pay these ubl*dc*m money.
If I lived in Kiev, I would probably come to their office and roll this "manager" on the asphalt.

Hello, it's a sad story.
I ordered a large-size photo print by New Mail (I'm from another city).
The first time a dented tube came. I'm calling Print-S. Everyone is blaming the New Mail.Although their packaging was primitive, to put it mildly, for a photo for 560 grv. Ok. I order another one at my own expense.
They are sent in the same "branded" packaging. The photo twisted into a spiral and gave scratches, because the edges were not fixed, and there was also no intermediate gasket for protection.
I'm calling again. I am sending you a photo of the damage. When I called, Dmitry's voice immediately became somehow unfriendly. He said he would find out and call back. I didn't wait for the callback, I'm calling myself. Dmitry begins to explain to me about the clockwise twisting and allegedly I pulled out the photo incorrectly. To my question: How was I supposed to pull it out in his opinion? He hung up the phone with the words: Wait for the call.
And then everything was very childish. There were unanswered beeps on my calls, and the following came to my email: you are blacklisted, do not write here or call.
The guys stuck their heads in the sand, and ignored their client.
The bottom line is that they take money with pleasure. But we are not ready to take responsibility. Instead of solving problems, they ignore you. I paid 1120 grv. not counting the delivery of 120 grv. As a result, I have two large damaged
photos and scammers who bought an expensive printer, but absolutely do not know how to work with clients.
P.S. And by the way. I wrote an application to the New Post Office (on the advice of print-c), and although I do not believe that it was the fault of the carrier, as the print-c employees convinced me, nevertheless, the guys from the new one, although they did not give the cost of the photo in cash, but transferred them to the card for using the new one by mail. I think this is humanly. Learn from the New Post Dmitry.
