I often relax in this institution, the variety and quality of dishes and drinks are impressive,I especially like rolls,the atmosphere in the institution is cozy, hookah masters will take into account all your wishes, the service is always at the highest level, I would like to mention the waiter Ivan Gisov, he really knows how to create a comfortable atmosphere for guests. Polite, attentive, with a sense of humor, always ready to help with the selection of dishes and drinks, as well as to advise on the menu.

a very cool place to relax and have evening gatherings with friends.
the prices are nice, the staff is very friendly. I celebrated my birthday in this institution on 11.10.2024. everything went at the maximum level, as we booked before the order, the salads were served on time. the hot food was ordered on the spot and 6 different dishes were prepared in about 20-30 minutes.
There was a live performance, the guy performed a billion%. in a word, I recommend it.

Hookahs here are always at the highest level — delicious, high-quality and with attention to detail. However, I would like to note that the comfort of the guests leaves much to be desired. Sofas are uncomfortable, it's almost impossible to sit on them for a long time, and the furniture already looks too worn out. When you come to smoke a hookah, you want to relax and enjoy the atmosphere, but because of the inconvenience it is difficult to do so. I really hope that the establishment will pay attention to this moment, because the comfort of guests is an equally important part of a good holiday.

22.10 we visited the Cones on Prytytsky. Cozy atmosphere, good music, delicious hookahs, pleasant friendly staff. Our waiter was Ivan Gisov. Special thanks to him for the clear, fast, unobtrusive service. Everything was fast, clear, not intrusive, I always came up for feedback, I wish there were more such people. I have visited this place many times
So I think my opinion will be more than objective.
The cuisine is fantastic, the menu is constantly changing, evolving - the serving is fast and effective.
The bar is identical to the kitchen, the assortment pleases, ranging from bottles of good expensive alcohol to incredibly delicious signature cocktails (Undoubtedly the best of them is Zeus)
The staff Embodies the phrase - the highest level of service, you can see from the waiters' faces that they are really trying to do their best, especially the waiter Ivan.
The interior is cool and cozy, we managed to sit with the company at large sofas for 3 people, and at small tables - of course there are some questions about them, but still.
The atmosphere is much more comfortable than in their own establishment on Dzerzhinsky Street, the music does not scream, there is an opportunity to communicate calmly with each other. There are occasional live performances.
Well, last but certainly not least in the lounge bar
Hookah - I sincerely think that it is the best in the city here, the choice of tobacco is constantly being updated, you can occasionally interrogate the master and smoke something that you won't smoke anywhere else.
Smoky, juicy, delicious - you can't say it better.
Separately, I would like to focus on the level of hookah service
In all my many visits, they never gave me a hookah for more than 15 minutes (and this despite the fact that all the tables were occupied)
The coals are changed so often that at the end of the evening you will be able to make a sketch of the hookah maker ( that's how often it happens)
I hope I haven't forgotten anything, I'll definitely come back to them again!

I come here from time to time, as the atmosphere and the interior are really conducive to relaxation. However, hookahs are like Russian roulette: they will do it perfectly, then they will overheat the coals and burn the tobacco. I would like more stability in this matter.
The kitchen is also a matter of taste, it is more like an amateur. If you are not too demanding, it may be fine, but you should not expect something outstanding. Another disadvantage is the lack of masala, which is disappointing if you like variety in drinks.
In general, the place is not bad for an evening rest, but I would like to see more attention paid to the quality of hookahs and cuisine.

I would especially like to mention the work of our waiter, Anastasia.
From the very beginning, she showed a high level of professionalism — she was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Each dish was presented with explanations and recommendations, which helped us make a choice.

The atmosphere in the place is just wonderful, the food is cooked perfectly, live music is generally a fire. But this service is a huge minus: I ordered a drink and noticed it a couple of minutes later on the bar, but the waiter girl brought it only after 15 minutes, when the ice melted. In addition, they ordered whiskey with cola / juice and it tasted too weak (i.e. not enough whiskey), they asked for the same thing separately for interest - it became normal. In general, the management has something to work on. It was on 27.09.

I celebrated my birthday at this institution.
The waitresses walked like prisoners. We ordered carpaccio, which was safely forgotten, but they brought us a cocktail that we hadn't asked for.
I immediately said it was my birthday. When we asked for the bill and called a taxi, they decided to congratulate me) it's strange for me to bring a piece of cake when the person is about to leave.
How the bill arrived is a separate story. I showed my passport to get a discount. And the waitress took it away and threw it at the reception desk, which is located right at the entrance. The administrator was not in place at the time.
There are no questions about the hookah and the waiter Ivan.
I don't recommend this place.

I checked into a hotel and happened to be in Big Shots for dinner!
There were no seats, but the receptionist kindly offered to sit at the bar, gave her a phone charger, and the bartender immediately served her a glass of water as a greeting!
This indicates a good customer orientation and the most professional work of the manager!
The breakfast was also delicious!
They even treated me to dessert!
I recommend it and I will be happy to come back!

We were there for the first time because we were in a lot of places and wanted to diversify the atmosphere! Comfortable sofas, a variety of food, live music and a pleasant atmosphere are at your disposal! On this day, in the evening it was cool outside and because of the summer terrace it was cold from the draft and it was not comfortable, it really was not pleasant! The hookah was good and its taste surprised this separate respect, but due to the fact that the coals were rarely changed, the taste quickly disappeared and I no longer wanted to buy, whoever understands will understand! I liked the cocktails, the only thing is not clear why I had to pay for them in a non-receipt, they said they were copyrighted but at the same time they were on the menu) in general, it's not bad, of course, maybe we'll go back in the hope that next time it will be better!

A very pleasant impression and aftertaste from staying at the "Shishka lounge" (156 Prytytsky str.):)))
My friends celebrated on September 28, they did not order the dishes in advance, in fact they chose them already in the institution.
Orders were taken from us quickly, and dishes were served quickly too.
Everything is sooooo delicious, beautiful and most importantly, such cool guys work there! :)) They were always interested in whether everything was fine with us, if necessary, they gave recommendations on dishes and on "which hookah to choose"... Well, everything was relaxed, tactful and most importantly - they really find contact with visitors =^•^= Thank you!
And the music is live... Stunningly performed covers of great famous hits!
We highly recommend this place!
P.s. And also.. it is incredibly pleasant that our birthday girl received a compliment in the form of a delicious piece of honey cake with a candle! Such pleasant words were said on behalf of the institution. And yes, they brought forks for all of us (four) so that we could all try a birthday piece of cake!)) mmmm... a delicious cake and an evening spent in this institution!

But the coolest thing is the bartenders who love their job! Since there were no seats, I was offered a seat at the bar, and I didn't regret it at all.
