The beer was not tasty, the hookah was waited for a long time and in the end they did not get exactly what they asked for, the service was bad - the girls just walked around the hall, not paying attention.

I booked a table through relax.by for three people in the shishka establishment.
She indicated both the time and how many people there would be, a mobile phone .
An SMS with the following content has arrived (We will send a response with the result of the booking in the near future).
The text message never arrived.
The administrator of the institution called back, and started asking everything again, and the time and how many people and what date, the mobile phone.
Why did I enter all the data through the site, and then, as a result, I said it all over again.
This is strange and incomprehensible to me.
The staff is polite at the establishment.
According to the menu, I wanted more variety.
For a long time I did not know what to choose to eat.
I chose a rizzota, it doesn't taste bad.
But the ice cream failed, it was not in the assortment as in the menu. They just brought the usual white ice cream.
But at the same time, when I made an order, the waiter did not warn me that there was only one ice cream left.
Well, I had to eat what they brought.
The mood was NOT spoiled.
But I would like to be warned if something is not available.

Все было очень вкусно, приветливый персонал, замечательный кальяншик (крупный мужчина с бородой, по-моему, Андрей зовут) рекомендую.
К сожалению, из фото в наличии только фирменный десерт, остальное все было очень быстро съедено )))

For the second time, I called my friends to the DR and the Bump let me down: the waiters approach for a long time, do not warn about the time of order readiness (and when they clarified, they heard 10 minutes, which in fact turned into all 30) + they carried wine for a long time (it would seem they took a bottle, glasses and carry)😵💫
There are no questions about food, it's delicious. Something needs to be done with the waiters
But it is worth noting how quickly the empty glasses were filled

Новое меню очень маленькое, выбрать блюдо нашей компании было тяжело, но было вкусно. Коктельная карта ужасная. Попробовали половину, возникло много вопросов к определенным позициям: принесли смешанную воду с водкой и белком (официант говорил, что будет кисло-сладкий), подача коктелей с какими-то шоколадными порошками, которые при смешивании с коктелем неприятно пить из-за кусочков этого порошка, в белом русском сливки свернулись. Нельзя было оплатить картой, но при прикладывании карты терминал не пищал и не было чека с отказом от банка, пришлось платить наличкой.
Кальяны - супер. По вкусу и по подходу от кальянщика нет вопросов.

We celebrated a corporate party in this institution, we were very disappointed and I do not recommend it for visiting. We ordered 3 bottles of 0.5 martinis in deposit (it was agreed in advance). As a result, we came and there were 3 bottles of 1 liter each, no one paid attention to us, we thought we had mixed something up and so it should be. After all, we were billed a huge amount for these bottles, although we did not order them. Very beautifully deceived. When we wanted to resolve the conflict, we were very rude. Thanks for the ruined corporate party☺️

Довелось побывать тут,тусовочное заведение,музыка топчик, выпивка и закуски вполне себя оправдывают,выбрать можно и нужно,правда ценник дороговат. Атмосфера располагает к отдыху,смело можно компанией.

Еда достаточно вкусная , цены демократичные , кальян был на высоте , одно из лучших мест которые посещал. Живая музыка это конечно хорошо , но собирался не один и мы не слышали друг друга , бал не снимаю, так как у каждого свой повод почистить ресторан. Совет , если собираетесь компанией просто посидеть , бронируйте места на веранде, а так все понравилось 10/10

It is unreasonably expensive for alcohol, for a very long time: an elementary plate with snacks was prepared for 40-50 minutes, there was no service at all. Paloma cocktail seems to be just tap water with grapefruit juice. You need to hire a human resources manager and a bartender chef.
They sat with a dirty table for half the evening and night, they themselves indicated what to take away, gave it into their hands, served it. Respect for the DJ only. Music is normal.
