I sincerely thank the Shishki country complex for its hospitality, comfort and atmosphere! We had a rest from October 18 to October 19, 2025. The house is clean, warm, and cozy. Everything is neat inside. Territory is generally a separate kind of art! And the air, it's magical. It was so fragrant that I wanted to inhale it all the time. The restaurant surprised and pleased us with treats. The tinctures are delicious, the appetizers are delicious, the main dishes are delicious! The breakfast is varied and homemade! Thank you so much! On the plus side: nature is real and alive. Forest, lake, mushrooms, birds. A warm small pool. The food is delicious. One of the disadvantages: waiting for an order in a restaurant is very long. If there are few guests, then you can wait more than an hour. We wanted to take a boat for fishing, so they couldn't give it to us at 6 a.m., they said no earlier than 8. Towels are given out by the pool, but they don't monitor it. If they're out, they won't bring it until you ask. Used towels can lie on the sun beds for several hours, even though people have already left. In general, I enjoyed the rest, but I didn't come for more than 1-2 days. There is no entertainment for children. If it's just a pool or a rental of sapboards.

Complete lack of service. When entering the territory, you need to call the phone number that no one answered 4 (!) times in a row. Okay, after a while we stopped by and there was silence. It wasn't the first time, so we knew where to go to register. There was a completely unpleasant receptionist at the reception, he told me to go to the parking lot "they will meet you there and show you the house" — 10 minutes of waiting and again no one. We booked a room with the offer "Wine. Supper. Cones", which included: a cold appetizer, hot food and a glass of wine. I'm attaching a photo of a cold snack to a glass of wine. It feels like everything that hasn't been eaten from other tables has been dumped into one plate (cheese next to a piece of sausage, cabbage and garlic). I don't say anything about the restaurant service at all. No one was looking at our table at all. The dirty plates stood there until we had to stop the waiter ourselves and ask him to clean up. They served only the "big" tables where you can get more tips. I don't think we'll go to this complex anymore. After a rest, there is an unpleasant aftertaste here. For that price, there are much better places with good service.
