Hello! Before choosing a place to study, it is important to check it carefully. I will share my experience so that you can better understand the conditions here.
The first is the state of the school
There was a recent renovation, but it's not enough. Water always accumulates at the entrance, and everyone tries to avoid it in a crowd. Outside, the walls are destroyed in places. Tiles sometimes break on stairs, sometimes plaster falls – and this has been going on for years. They seem to be trying to fix it, but the problems remain.
The second is cleanliness
There is no toilet paper in the toilets, although it should be like in normal schools. I don't even want to talk about soap – it's an old, unattractive piece. I would like the doors to be locked with a key. Holding the door with your hand and doing your business is, to put it mildly, inconvenient. This is the situation in all toilets.
The third is teachers and students
Some students are brash and naughty, but this is most likely the influence of parenting. But the teachers are really different and interesting. Some limit themselves to remarks and swearing, but there are also those who find a way to inspire students through intra-class competitions. Everyone is happy to participate and want to win, it involves them in the process. I would especially like to mention the teachers of Russian and Kazakh languages: you learn not only the subject, but also life from them.
The fourth is the dining room
There are eight sinks in the dining room, but not all of them work. Why are there so many of them if some barely have water coming out? Unfortunately, the service staff behaves rudely and is not always respectful.
It is also strange that when paying through Kaspi, the name "Gulzhanat" is displayed, although "Dining Room" should be indicated. There are situations when the payment goes through, but the food is not given out. Something similar happened to me: I was rude, my phone was torn out and food was refused. It turns out that my money just disappeared, and I was left hungry. I would like to remind you that articles 142-145 and article 188 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan establish responsibility for such actions.
Fifth, the medical staff
The nurses leave much to be desired, as if they were chosen by chance. They do not cope with their duties, and having been there once, they do not want to return. Employees do not show respect and sometimes even roll their eyes when someone addresses a health problem.
One case illustrates this particularly vividly: when I complained of a severe headache, instead of help, I heard only laughter, and I was not even offered pills. As a result, I got worse.
It's a shame that the school looks good in the reviews, but in reality everything is different. Evaluate the problems here and make the school a better place – don't just limit yourself to form control and study notes.

Good school! after the repair. There are defects in the repair. But it's not the fault of the school, the builders tried so hard. They teach perfectly and give a high level of knowledge . The school is always clean. And by the way, you should come there only because of one dining room. The school has excellent chefs who cook very well and the food at school is not expensive
