It is difficult to overestimate the skill of confidently, clearly and concisely expressing your thoughts in public. 95% of people are afraid of public speaking. I feel fear even when I need to talk in the company of more than three people. There are problems with emotionality and openness. Tatiana Astapenko's School of Voice and Speech helps in all these aspects. Work with voice, diction, breathing, speech structure and constant practice of speaking. Various exercises aimed at getting out of the comfort zone. All this gradually brings your speech and self-confidence to a qualitatively new level. Add here a sincere and relaxed atmosphere, as well as Tatiana's charisma and energy, and we get a charge of positive energy after each lesson. You are looking forward to the next lesson. Am I among the 5% of people who are not afraid to speak publicly? No. Most people will always be afraid to perform if it's not their profession. However, now I know what I need to do to control my excitement, clearly convey my thoughts, convey emotions and be heard.

I would like to express my great gratitude to the bright, sincere and loving Tatiana Astapenko and Evgenia Drekhlova, from whom I studied public speaking in the fall of 2020. A competent and interesting structure of classes with the ability to independently adjust the intensity, using the amount of homework and the degree of involvement in the work. Classes are held in a creative space, in a safe and welcoming environment, where there is an opportunity to show your hidden abilities and get high-quality feedback. The experience gained in the classroom is comparable to Eugenia's story about the Milky Way, illuminating the road and instilling faith in oneself and one's strength!!! She took basic and advanced public speaking courses with Tatiana offline and speech intensive online. I improved my communication skills very well, eliminated speech defects, set my voice, and also learned to pronounce a solid "l" at one time in an individual lesson with Tatiana! Great atmosphere, wonderful teacher, convenient location. In my opinion, the best public speaking courses, which have no analogues in Gomel. Tatiana, thank you again very much for your professionalism and cool results!
