I have been going to Ballet school for more than a year for ballet gymnastics, I like the positive atmosphere and excellent coaches. The price-quality ratio is very good. For those who are looking for a personal attitude towards themselves (as much as possible in a team), I highly recommend it ;)

For the first time in my life I came to stretching (I had not done anything like this before and was, to put it mildly, a log). It was scary right away, I thought I'd tear up in several places.
But as soon as the lesson began, my opinion changed dramatically: coach Natalie was incredibly polite and, since I was a beginner, immediately noticed and corrected the mistakes I made. Other more experienced people who came to the training showed understanding and also helped in every possible way. The room had a comfortable temperature and all the necessary equipment, relaxing music was playing.
During training, it sometimes seemed to me that I was about to be twisted into a bub, but nevertheless I did not break!!! After the lesson, there was a slight tension in my muscles, but it passed after a day and I had a pleasant feeling that I was 10 years younger.
Verdict: the place is super, Natalie is a pro, stretching is fire!

Pleasant atmosphere, good teachers and pleasant prices. Everything is professional and sincere! A lot of attention is paid to the technique of performing exercises, the methodology.
