This place is just awful!!! Don't give them your stuff under any circumstances!
People who only know how to promise work there. I waited a month for them to fix the jacket and waited another month and a half for it to be returned to me (they didn't even touch the jacket). I called every day, they either didn't pick up the phone, or they promised to return it "tomorrow." As you can see, I was fed breakfast for a very long time . In general, do not contact them in any case!!!

I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND using this place. If you want to ruin your favorite shoes, you are more likely to be satisfied here. Now to the details. I don't want to offend anyone, just personal experience... The guys themselves at the reception are very polite, sociable, you just want to deal with them! But those, God forgive me, the craftsmen who are directly engaged in shoe repair, are doing everything to close this workshop as soon as possible. Take care of your nerves and time, avoid it.

I rented white sneakers for dry cleaning and restoration. They were worn, but they needed to be cleaned and painted with high quality. Firstly, it is poorly painted, because there are unpainted places at the junction between the sole and the sneakers themselves. Secondly, they lost the insoles from sneakers, and they had 50% of the meaning of shoes, because this is the ecco brand and they have special insoles that do not hurt the heels and feet. As I was told, the master threw out the insoles due to wear, although there was no particular wear in them. The administrator also tried to convince me for a long time that I had brought shoes without insoles. For the lost insoles and a vain visit to them, they made a discount of 70 thousand soums, I paid 150 thousand soums. But this discount in amount is not even close to matching the lost insoles. Something like this. In general, the quality of the service and the service is 1 point out of 5.
