Absolutely not a customer-oriented point of sale. We looked at 2 pairs of shoes in the salon. The consultant advised to book in order to be sure of the availability of the product. The next day, without waiting for either a callback or an SMS, I dialed myself at lunch. The young man checked the article and assured that both pairs were available, recommended waiting for a callback. There was no response during the day. At 21 o'clock, the seller called from the salon and asked why we did not come for shoes. I replied that we were waiting, as recommended, for a callback. But, as it turned out, there was already only one pair of shoes out of the two booked, the cost of the model on the website is much lower than in the salon itself, which they did not bother to tell us the day before, and they began to tell me fairy tales that someone had booked this particular pair before me and sold it in the morning! Although in the afternoon - around lunch - an employee of the same network assured me that everything was available. And - if you think that you can pay with an installment card, as indicated on the website - then at this point you will definitely not be able to do this. I book shoes on the websites of various shoe stores in Minsk all the time, there have never been any problems. And only then did I encounter such an unpleasant situation.

Была в этом магазине на Жукова,44( Аутлето).Ехала изначально за кедами,а по итогу купила чудесные удобные мокасины с глобальной скидкой(95 руб, натуральная кожа) При всем том что магазин небольшой очень осталась довольна и ассортиментом,и невероятно приятными ценами на кожаную обувь! Приятные продавцы, располагающая атмосфера! Советую)
