I visited this restaurant with my family for an afternoon coffee and was thoroughly disappointed with both the food quality and the service. From the start, the experience was underwhelming. Our waiter seemed unfamiliar with the menu, taking nearly 15 minutes just to get our order correctly. Once placed, it took almost 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Unfortunately, the wait was not worth it—my latte was nothing more than flavored milk and water, far below the standard of even the cheapest instant coffee. The classic lemonade we ordered was similarly disappointing. To make matters worse, we ordered three cakes that never arrived. After waiting patiently, I had to personally remind the waiter, who admitted he had forgotten them. At that point, I decided to cancel the order. When I brought these issues to the attention of the manager, hoping to provide constructive feedback given my positive experiences at their St. Petersburg location, I was shocked to find that I was still charged for the cakes that never arrived. This experience was deeply unsatisfactory, and I am not returning.

Кофейня "Шоколадница" оставила прекрасное впечатление! Здесь подают ароматный кофе и вкусные десерты, особенно хорош чизкейк. Персонал вежливый и внимательный, обслуживание быстрое. Интерьер уютный и стильный, идеально подходит для встреч или работы. Цены соответствуют качеству. Однозначно рекомендую это место для отдыха!
