I found the waitresses to be overworked and tired. As a traveler, I have never tried this franchise, and frankly, I was upset with the service. They have some sort of Ipad on the table, but ours was dead, so we were given a menu.... only to be told 30min later we need to order on the machine.....the one that was not working. They did not speak English nor did they want to, and they definitely don't know what hot chocolate is. This hot chocolate was like drizzled chocolate that you put on a pancake. Now, let's talk about all the items that are not available on the menu why have it on the menu if you can't give it to your customers? Really disappointed by their service. However their prices are reasonable and portions are not too big or too small and their bubble tea is very tasty.

Нам нравится. В обед вкусный гуляш с пюре в составе комбо, на завтрак яичница, сырники и прочее тоже норм. Напитки тоже норм, морс, кофе, матча, фреш. Официанты приветливые. Иногда набирают новеньких, которые не все ещё знают, но тоже ок. Первый зал выглядит лучше, чем второй, во втором темновато и туалет рядом. Туалет не очень) но в целом как кафе рядом с метро, работой или домом вполне себе. Раньше ходили в другое заведение сети прямо у метро, потом там стали косячить сильно и мы перешли сюда. Лучше лишние 200 метров пройти.
