I didn't like it · Some kind of globally goonish attitude on the part of the hotel: 1. 200 zlotys were blocked on the card (frankly speaking, I did not notice this point myself, I have not encountered such a game for a long time), after 2 weeks I asked a question about when the money would be returned, I received the answer "Contact your bank". Just like that, without greeting or saying goodbye, and as if it was the bank's fault that they blocked something. Do you really have so many things being smashed and stolen that you consider it possible to block 200 zlotys from each client "just in case"? 2. At breakfast, you will not be able to take hot dishes yourself, they are covered with glass, you need to bow and ask the waiter. At the same time, all other dishes - salads, cuts, etc. - can be taken without problems by yourself. Are you being eaten so much that you need to introduce a whole waiter who gives out an omelet and a sausage? 3. The young man who issued the check at the reception spoke English with oh-oh-very great difficulty, fortunately his colleagues helped him. 4. The same young man at the reception forgot to add us to the list of those who paid for breakfast, as a result, in the restaurant I had to prove for several minutes that breakfast was paid, showing confirmation of Booking.
