That's an ok place for different tests. MRI and MCT can be done at some discount after 8 pm, but you should make a call and make an appointment in advance. Ultrasound diagnostic can be also done after working hours.
They have some bonus programs too.
The staff at the registration counter is very polite and efficient.

The place is like a supermarket but for sick people. Always buy some ticket then you should go somewhere no kne can consult you. You must know why you are sick and where exactly it hurts to find yourself the right department. Overall terrible place avoid

Today is my 4th day of the procedure, I came and am waiting for my LIVE turn, after me came the women, as it turned out later they are being treated in the wards at the same hospital. She let them pass ahead of me, saying the age. I understand that on another day I would have missed it, but today I'm in a hurry, and they didn't even ask me. When I asked why, she says it's because they're from the wards, there's no queue for them. And on the payment receipt it says in large letters that ONLY PATIENTS FROM THE AMBULANCE ARE WAITING IN LINE. I say it's written in a different way, she started talking, so their doctor called and asked them for their age, etc.
I am a reasonable person, if I had been told so directly in advance, I would have understood. But just like that, post factum, like I have to understand this, no. It looks like I'm being deceived.

Of the clinical specialists, I have been to a therapist, a dermatologist, a pulmonologist — whether you will be satisfied, apparently, depends on the profile.
If you do not need medical help urgently, not at night, you can look for another clinic.

To pay, you had to go down to the 1st floor, first to the reception desk, then to the checkout, and then there was a queue again! Then the PEDIATRICIAN told us (she hadn't examined us yet) and sent us to the ENT, because even after the injection, the baby still wouldn't calm down, we stood in line there, no one wanted to let us through, even with a crying baby, and then I called the helpline, which accepts complaints and suggestions, and they said they would come up to us. their employee will help solve our problem, BUT no one approached us and did not solve the problem! Disappointment from visiting the Shokh Med Center
Unfortunately, my experience of contacting the Shoh Med Center turned out to be extremely negative. This is probably one of the most unsuccessful private clinics that I have come across.
We came for a consultation with a cardiologist (room No. 12). First they sent me for an ECG, then for an ultrasound of the heart — everything is as it should be. However, after the procedures, we had to wait in the queue again, which had at least 15 people. Repeated admission proved to be absolutely useless.
The doctor didn't explain anything clearly. The consultation lasted only a few minutes, of which I realized only that "maybe it's nerves" and that "maybe some tests are needed." The answers were vague, without specifics, and it seemed that the specialist simply lacked confidence and professionalism. The cost of admission is 245 thousand soums — for what? For common phrases and doubts?
I even asked the doctor a direct question: in her opinion, is such a price fair for such a poor consultation. The response is resentment. But isn't it fair to ask: if a person with a salary of 3 million spends almost a quarter of it on an appointment, they have the right to expect meaningful and competent advice, rather than guesswork and uncertainty?
In the end, I never found out what the problem was with my health. They just scheduled another list of tests. But after such communication, there is absolutely no desire to take them here.
My conclusion is that contacting the Shoh Med Center is a waste of time and money. The level of service and competence of doctors does not meet either expectations or the stated cost.
The score on a five—point scale is minus infinity.

After the 2nd IV, the skin turned red along the vein, I went to the doctor, he said to take an IV in the other hand, after the 3rd IV, the skin turned red along the vein and on the second arm, the nurses said an allergic reaction was okay, I went to the neurologist again, said that this was not normal, the veins became stiff, the doctor replied do not worry, it's your veins that are like this, everything is fine, do it in other veins, I tell him they put an IV, but the medicine doesn't work, it's not normal, he just says they didn't get into the vein (many times) put it in another vein. I ask if this is not vein thrombosis, he answers no, of course, everything is fine, don't worry, I say he can do an ultrasound, he answers if you want to do it, but there is no point, in the end he went and did an ultrasound, as a result, thrombophlebitis of 4 veins 20 - 40cm long. I sent him the ultrasound results, came back the next day, and he went on vacation, knowing that I was flying home to Kazakhstan in a few days. The doctor is absolutely indifferent, it was obvious from the eyes that he didn't care about the patients, he hoped that he was experienced, but it turned out that he didn't have any experience, he just ruined his health, I've been in treatment for 2 months and it may take up to a year, I can't work properly, a lot of money has already been spent. I regret that I went to this clinic. Anything can happen, but I could at least have prevented 3 vein thrombophlebitis if I had reacted immediately, sent for an ultrasound, and not reassured that everything was fine.
