We took draniki with a sponge and a burger (American, I think, and branded). The draniki and mochanka were not bad, although it's also a subjective matter - I prefer it when they're not so crunchy. The urine is normal, slightly thick. But the burgers weren't exactly their profile-there was too much sauce, which killed all the flavor, and both were cold. When serving, the signature burger slid on its side, the waiter tried to assemble it, but then took it to the kitchen, apparently, they had already assembled the homemade sour lemonade there. The price is average, although, to be honest, I can't say that all the dishes are worth the money.

My acquaintance with Belarusian cuisine began with this establishment. Of the many other, including well-promoted restaurants listed in the guidebook, it was decided by intuition to visit this place. It was one of the best decisions of my life! Serving borscht with bacon, onion, sour cream, black bread.. Mmmm - it was like an aperitif before the main course. Since I cannot read Belarusian), the choice of tributaries was at random. And this time my intuition didn't let me down either! To this day, the taste of this pyramid of potato pancakes remains in my mouth. Well, the curd balls in the form of donuts for dessert were so tender and delicious that they only further emphasized the correctness of getting to the "nimble moose"!
