A very pleasant place. 9/10 The only drawback is that only 1 person works there, and sometimes this person gets sick. You only find out about it after you arrive at the place. They let me down very much. The opening hours were indicated from 7.30. I found this center through Yandex maps, as working early in the morning. I had to print out the documents before the start of the court session at 9.00. As a result, this center did not open at 8.30. No one answered the phones indicated on the glass. I lost time because of this center. I didn't have time to find something else in this area. I came to the meeting without an important proof. I lost the trial. I think that if the owner sets the working time, then you need to follow it. And not to let your customers down. Carelessness and irresponsibility!
