Borisov's executors of the will of the people still (read - forever) have no time to deal with monuments that are not pointed out by more serious executors of the will of the people. Maybe I should knock it down on the sly, before I sold it myself and collapsed? In my opinion, a sign on the fence would look better, calmer, "There was a water tower built according to the project of engineer Shukhov..."
