I am openly and honestly writing the same thing here as to the salon administrator.: ⸻ Good afternoon. No one has contacted me, but I would like to leave my feedback. I underwent eight Heleo 4 procedures for a total amount of 250,000 tenge. I've spent more than 10 hours of my time over the course of several months. According to the results of the comparative analysis on the Janus device, the skin condition worsened in all parameters, including the area that we originally planned to treat. It was felt subjectively, without hardware diagnostics. Initially, I applied for phototherapy, but Heleo 4 was strongly recommended to me. I was extremely disappointed when the doctor did not perform an interim diagnosis of the skin condition after the first course (four procedures). This could have prevented the purchase of a second course and further deterioration of the skin condition. After making an appointment for the procedure, a message arrives: "Thank you for your trust." Alas, the trust is not justified. I was extremely dissatisfied with the result.

When the wrinkles became too noticeable, I decided to contact specialists. I really liked the approach in this clinic – to undergo a course of heleo4 procedures, which simply restored my skin. After the third session, I saw that the skin became more elastic, wrinkles less deep. It's not an injection, and the process is going smoothly, but I'm happy — the face really looks fresher.

The receptionist was late, and the left-hand man received us. They forgot to let me choose the oil, they forgot to ask what not to touch, in general, the massage for both clients was uncomfortable. When I voiced the feedback, the administrator said that she was late, and supposedly I should have voiced it myself. One of the masseuses was smoking. In general, it's terrible.
