We were at the hotel with my wife in June 2025. Excellent attitude towards the guest and friendly hosts. You can always ask about the sights and ask for help. All rooms are definitely worth the money, clean and tidy. The suites with panoramic views on the 3rd floor are magnificent and impressive with their views from the huge windows. There are cozy balconies where you can spend romantic evenings admiring the beautiful view, the intoxicating air and, of course, watching a movie (the main thing is not to fall asleep from the peace of your companion's shoulder - although it is so sweet and with love). The breakfasts are not very varied, but they are hearty and delicious at home. The hotel is located on the border of the old and new towns, with beautiful views. Peace, kindness and love to all.

We decided to spend a family vacation in Georgia this year. From October 5 to October 7, 2025, we were in Tbilisi and rented a room in this wonderful place, and also met Tamara and Ekaterina, the managers and mistresses of this hotel. From the entrance to the territory to the rooms and the service, everything is perfect. Beautiful territory, beautiful views from the shared balconies on the 2nd and 3rd floors, delicious breakfast and cozy rooms (there are probably 10 or 12 of them), there is no noise and crowds of people, which is very important on vacation. The rooms are clean and modern, with everything you need during your stay. The breakfasts are varied, enough for the first meal. Surveillance cameras are installed throughout the territory. The most important sights of the city are within walking distance, any location can be reached by a Yandex taxi, the cost of the trip is insignificant. I heartily recommend this hotel to stay in Tbilisi , I give 10 out of 10

Once again, we chose the most comfortable place. The staff is polite and very helpful. A gorgeous room with a separate room with a bunk bed for children!! And the breakfast is delicious, butter, cottage cheese, sour cream, cheese, sausage, jam... very intense. The fireplace creates an incredible atmosphere!! The view from the balcony is magnificent day and night!! The area is quiet and peaceful. I advise you to book in advance!!
