This hotel clearly has double stars. Good strong 2*. The best thing here is the sea (which has nothing to do with the management of the hotel, therefore the best) and animation. Which works fine, but I had the temerity to watch the program in the next five, so "fine with a minus"))) and the most epic thing is when the manager from the reception relieved a minor need right under the walls of the hotel (I saw it from the balcony). a lot has been written about the rest here, I agree with all the comments.

We had a rest at the end of July at this hotel. I was bribed by the fact that the hotel is new and has its own beach .The rooms at the hotel are stylish , but very small , the cleaning is also mediocre , although you can take the floors yourself later. The territory is just tiny , there is almost no nature around , there is a bus running to the beach , we walked sometimes , because his schedule is not very convenient .Mostly young couples have a rest , there are few with children, since there is no place for children to turn around there at all. There is no animation in the hotel , so it is deadly boring there , the main activity turned out to be shopping . For the first time , I wanted to go home so much . For food ... Well , it 's fine , there was almost no grill , mostly vegetables (in different types ) and chicken , the desserts are delicious .I definitely would not have gone a second time , this is not my place

We stayed at this hotel in early September. In general, the hotel is quite new and well maintained. In terms of nutrition, there are no complaints either: delicious, quite varied. The beach is 20-25 minutes away at a brisk pace (I don't know who writes here that it takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea. Maybe sprinters or race walking champions). You need to walk through a non-picturesque, dusty wasteland, with completely gray plants from road dust. But fortunately, free shuttles travel from the hotel according to the schedule (although it is not always possible to get into them, because of the number of people who want to get to the beach). It takes about 5 minutes to get to the beach by shuttle. Also next to the hotel there is a "wonderful" night place - Hello BAR, with karaoke on the outdoor veranda. It's complete... kapets. Some of the hotel rooms, whose balconies overlook this "wonderful" bar, are forced to listen to or and something similar to the songs of drunken foreigners until three in the morning... A tightly closed balcony does not save you even once. Upon check-in, we were informed at the reception that we were newlyweds, and the next day, we were beautifully decorated in the room, complimented with a bottle of wine and a fruit plate. Then, on the fourth day of their stay, they discovered the loss of a bag of jewelry (engagement and wedding rings, as well as two pairs of earrings), which the spouse left in her purse. The purse was on the shelf, under the TV and was never taken out of the room. We rented a safe from the very first day, but we kept documents and money in it, and this bag of jewelry was put into a purse without thinking, because it was not in our thoughts that someone could get into it. It seemed that those times had already passed, plus the hotel was quite new and even more so four stars. We repeatedly searched through all the things, the entire room, but to no avail. This was reported at the reception. They told us that this could not be, they had never had any thefts, the staff was super reliable and proven. The administrators, along with one of the owners of the hotel, offered to check our belongings and room with them again. Apparently they thought that we were deceiving them or overlooked them, although we double-checked all things several times. As a result, we, the reception staff, the maid, the head of the maids and the owner shook up all our belongings and the entire room once again, but, as expected, to no avail. No further action was taken by the hotel to solve our problem. We didn't even hear basic apologies addressed to us. All the arguments of the administration boiled down to the fact that we probably lost them somewhere ourselves, to which we replied that we did not put on jewelry, and the purse never left the room after we checked in. They also said that no one is responsible for things left outside the safe. There are no cameras on the stairs. We went to the reception ourselves for a few more days to find out if there was any news, but each time they told us no and added that they did not have theft and simply could not be. But unfortunately, our jewelry did not appear because of this. The idea that the same person who decorates the room for the newlyweds can get into a purse and steal a bag of expensive jewelry from there is shocking. Therefore, the honeymoon was, to put it mildly, ruined. If you are going to this hotel, then be sure to rent a safe and put all your dear things there.

The price /quality ratio. The rooms are very small, claustrophobic, but new and stylish. The cleaning is very bad, at the entrance I wiped the handles of the doors and balconies myself, no one has ever washed them, everything is stained. I liked the quality of the food , no poisoning ! Instant coffee only , grain for money . There is a bus to the beach, but there is a big break at lunch when it does not go, you can not leave / not come from the beach. The administration is friendly , but one moment spoiled everything( . Plus, there was no animation!

We are resting now on June 25, 2023. Cool hotel, honest 4 points! The kitchen is excellent, the cleaning is normal, the beach is sandy, the bus runs according to schedule. No children (silence). There is a bar on the beach and Turkish tortillas. The following information has nothing to do with the hotel, but be careful! I'm writing here, because I don't know where else to publish! And now about the guide, his name is Timur. And more specifically about the Pegasus Tourist. Well, this is not particularly important, because judging by the reviews that we read after the tour, they are all the same (guides) (yes, I know that reviews need to be read before). Just to sell you something, and if questions arise, then "I'm not me, the hut is not mine" begins. We bought 2 excursions from him, "Tazy Canyon" and "Yacht Maldives". Never, I repeat, NEVER take excursions in Turkey from the guides at the hotel!!! The guide earns his salary in Pegasus 100%! We were told a lot of fairy tales about the fact that on the street / in the city / on the beach we will be offered cheaper excursions, but they ALLEGEDLY do not include much and will need to pay extra for everything in fact, there is no insurance, drinks, etc. So, ladies and gentlemen, I declare to you with a clear conscience that this is all a lie!!! For the tour "Tazy Canyon" we paid $ 52 per person, taking into account the alleged discount. On the street, you could buy $ 15 cheaper and all the same, we also paid extra for everything on the spot, even for water. It was said that everything was included, equipment, "drinks", etc., in fact, they did not even let them get water from the backpack from the bus and had to buy it on the spot, a trifle, but unpleasant! We did not take our shoes with us for rafting, because it was said that everything would be given out, well, actually they were given out for $ 10. Did we overpay for what exactly to pay for everything on the spot??? Bungee, by the way, is generally fast, the girl in front of me braked with her feet out of fear, and this is all because the guys who send-catch passengers scream like cut in Turkish and create panic, I myself almost * when I was flying on it. It seems that you will run into a wall when you find yourself at the bottom of the descent, why scare people? Now about the Canyon itself, the beauty is indescribable, I want to stay there for hours and admire the beauties, but no, they brought us in a large group, gave us 20 minutes and said we're turning back, how do you think you'll have time to take pictures when there are 40 people there??? The tour should have been called "Rafting, Tazy Canyon", because we rode rafts all day, and for the rest of the time we "drove" to see the canyon itself. Do not take rafts, there is an option of an excursion with a visit to the old town, instead of rafts. The girl tried to persuade me, but I was a stubborn sheep who did not listen to her and felt sorry for her... So, summing up, after visiting the first tour, we decided to abandon the second one in 2.5 days!!! before it, for objective reasons, because there was no longer a desire to cooperate with Pegasus, but only 50% of its value was returned to us. In general, as in the old saying "it was smooth on paper, but they forgot about the ravines!". It takes 25 minutes to drive, and in fact 1.5 hours, they feed, water, dress, in fact yes, only for money, etc. Yes, I almost forgot, half the tour is sold photos, videos, etc. for a lot of money ($ 25 like), and then there is no time to see the Canyon itself... Minus the rooms facing the karaoke bar, periodically listening to the screeching of drunks is not very comfortable. Upon arrival, they give you a beach bag and give you cards for beach towels. The room is small, cleaning suffers upon arrival, there was sand at the entrance, dust under the table, sand and hair on the balcony, and consumables were not replenished. The food is varied, only breakfast is the same, tired of the 5th day, on Sunday there is a Turkish night, a small event to explore the culture. A bus takes 5 minutes to the beach, 10-15 minutes on foot, if you shorten at the football field and walk along the sand of Appolon beach. There are beer and soft drinks on the beach, as well as an aunt with tortillas. If you go around the hotel, there is an exchange rate better than in the hotel. You can walk to the old Side (15min), as well as to the Novamall shopping center (25 min). There is a local magnet (migros) not far away, as well as a Waikiki clothing store (you can buy things in it, pay with dollars, and the change will be given in lira, the rate will be close to the real one.
