Like new ones. The price is budget-friendly. Staying for a couple of days or a week is a great option. The hotel is run by a family of retirement age. Rose and her husband. Rose speaks English, her husband only speaks Turkish. But the receptionist Bilal always comes on the evening shift, he is quite mobile and young, speaks excellent English and Turkish. In Russian, through a translator.

We had a rest in August 2023, a really convenient location relative to the sea and the advantages ended there. The food leaves much to be desired, what remains from breakfast is processed for lunch in the form of salads, the same with dinner. Well, at least they didn't get hurt by anything:) Hostess Rosa treats tourists wonderfully, except for Russian-speakers. Pretends that she does not understand English, she settled a couple of Russians with two small children in a double room with us (when booking a triple room), she began to demand an additional fee for relocation.. There was no cleaning in the room until they began to leave money, the linen was not changed.. The territory is beautiful due to the garden, but all the sofas and chairs are in a deplorable condition, pillows and capes are dirty and in an unwashed condition as I understand it for a long time.. In general, of course, the warm sea and good weather blocked unpleasant impressions of the hotel, but we will definitely not go to this hotel for the second time and will not advise anyone!
