We stayed at this hotel in mid-October, and were generally satisfied, but there are some comments and the saddest thing that bothered us, especially in the early days, was the lack of hot water in the room, the room itself is excellent, two-room, with a Jacuzzi, but splashing in cold water is a dubious pleasure. There was not always hot water! The hotel's restaurant is located on the roof, which is certainly beautiful, but again it is open and windy, there are places in the room, but there are very few of them and there is also a draft. There are no complaints about the food, everything is delicious, and the assortment is quite good for this category, and most importantly, everything is fresh, there was no poisoning, the chef was always in the hall, and in general, all the hotel staff did their job well, especially the administrator Vagif, a very pleasant and responsive employee. The hotel has no territory, but there are plenty of steps, but for us it was rather a plus, we burned calories))) A gorgeous sea with a great beach is just a 5-minute walk away, sun beds with mattresses and umbrellas were always available. There was a shower and a changing room that does not close on the beach, there is no free toilet. The air conditioner in the room is a little noisy, the mattress in the bedroom is falling through, and in the next room they slept on the couch, my back hurt a little.

We arrived at the hotel on 17.07-24.07. From the threshold, we were offered one night to stay in the neighboring sun beach hill, but with compensation in the form of a higher-quality room for the remaining days There was no choice, so after one not particularly pleasant but acceptable night in another hotel, after breakfast we were checked into a room with a direct view of the sea and sun beds on the balcony (such a room would have cost ~ 100 thousand more for us). The staff is friendly. Elena or some guy worked at the reception, but he had an assistant who spoke excellent Russian. The questions that arose were answered (how to get somewhere). Once there was some kind of confusion with the cards, but it was quickly resolved. The rooftop restaurant has a beautiful view and is divided into smoking and non-smoking areas. The food is delicious, but breakfast is monotonous, lunch is slightly different, and for dinner there is already a variety. There were sun beds on the beach without any problems, but the beach could at least work until 8... until 18:00, I think it's not enough (at 18:00 the changing booths were closed and the water was blocked) They cleaned normally. Linen and towels were changed often, even if you did not leave gifts to the cleaner. The first time I was in a 16+ hotel and I'm just thrilled A good hotel for the money, I liked it. The elevators were the most annoying, they drive chaotically, and the staff does not give priority to customers, they will go ahead of you and will not think to give in. I understand that I have to work, but I've only been here for a week for a lot of money, so I'd like some understanding.

We arrived at the hotel together with our adult son early in the morning, there were no rooms available, but we were sent for breakfast, immediately offered to change clothes and go to the beach, at 12:00 we were settled instead of a standard room in a two-room apartment in a neighboring building, not in the main building, my adult son and I really enjoyed relaxing there, two spacious rooms were made for my son. the sofa, he was very happy, two balconies in the room, TV, had a great rest. The hotel is located 5 minutes from the sea and within walking distance from the old historical part of the city. The flight was delayed, so we arrived, and when dinner was over, we were escorted to our room, and then to a restaurant and served dinner, which is a plus. The food is good, lots of fish. Family room - 2 rooms, each with a TV and air conditioning. We cleaned every day. The staff is friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

The sea is 350-400 meters away, and there are plenty of sun loungers by the sea. 2 pools, small, if you want to lie by the pool, it's better to practice in the morning. We had a rest in early August and liked everything. The hotel is in a quiet location, 10 minutes to the sea, 30 minutes to the center of the city, at a calm pace. If you live in the upper building, you will have to go down several stairs, there is a slight slope, but not critical. There is everything to eat, you will not stay hungry.Coffee is especially good. Daily cleaning service. There is a safe in the room. And the main thing is the evening promenade along the embankment. It's just great.We walked every evening. And finally, the old town of Side and the temple of Apollo's love.It's a 40-minute walk or more, but it's worth a look. You can take a taxi for 10 euros. An amazingly pleasant hotel, exceeding expectations! After hard work, the hustle and bustle of the capital, a "heavy hotel suite" with round-the-clock animation, crowds of vacationers on the streets-buffet tables, I would not have come in. I wanted a calm relaxation, cleanliness, inconspicuous but tangible work of the staff, a beautiful marine "picture", walks along the embankment and along the streets of the ancient Mediterranean town of Side, where every stone breathes history. And it's all here! My room had a huge balcony, where there was even a place for sun loungers with a beautiful view of the sea! The beach is close, sometimes in a club hotel on the first line it takes longer to walk from the room to the beach. Because the hotel is small and compact, there is a cozy, almost homely atmosphere. We quickly got to know everyone. It is not surprising that I have met vacationers who have been coming here for many years in a row. Excellent sleep quality, the best bed and mattress I've seen in a while. And for a pillow for me (I have an unusual habit of sleeping on very small children's pillows), the reception manager, Serbai, went somewhere on purpose!))) There are always places on the beach and in the restaurant. The kitchen is quite simple, but of high quality. Breakfast includes, among other things, different types of cottage cheese and yoghurts. There are always grilled fish for lunch. I liked red wine from alcohol. The ice cream in the bar is factory packaged and varied. Excellent daily room cleaning with a change of bed. The room itself and the bathroom are fresh, with a nice rain shower. Many thanks to all the staff and management of the hotel for a great stay, especially the reception specialists Elena, Serbai and Vagif! For the first time, bypassing my rules of not visiting hotels twice, I want to come back! Definitely, I recommend it!!!

At the end of September, my wife and I decided to extend our summer and get out to Turkey. We love hiking, so we chose a hotel near the old town, for the opportunity to walk around the old town and the waterfront. The hotel has its own beach, which is a 5-minute walk away. The food is good, the cuisine is closer to European, everything was delicious - there was always chicken, fish, beef, side dishes and vegetables for every taste. On our dates, the hotel was mostly filled with Germans (80 percent). The hotel has the status of "16+", but in fact it seemed that the main audience was 60+. The rooms are small, the Internet is decent. Overall, I liked everything, especially the location, the kitchen and the restaurant.

The territory is not very large, there is no greenery. A big plus of the hotel is its location, a 20-minute walk to the old town. The room is not bad, but the audibility is disgusting, it felt like I wasn't the only one living in this room, the neighbor was so audible. The food from the category of "You won't stay hungry" was especially shocked by the vague snacks a la sauerkraut and pickled pasta. The staff is polite, the guests are mostly Europeans. I was vacationing in Side in June 2024. I can recommend the Side Su Hotel. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea (stairs, steps, be careful who has sore feet), I really liked that I went down and here it is - a wonderful, clean, huge sea with a sandy shore. It is convenient for children, as it is shallow for a long time. There are many reviews about the hotel, I will not repeat myself: varied food, attentive staff, cleaning in my room was daily; Lena, a very good girl at the reception, suggested where the old town is and how to get there (be sure to take a walk and see the antique Side). I wanted to visit 2-3 excursions, I couldn't read about them anywhere, and the guide from Biblio Globus didn't help much, as a result, the Canyon and a full-day excursion to Sagallassos and Lake Salda. I liked both tours. Excellent guides accompanied Zeynep, a Turkish woman, I'm not sure what is right (Zina, in Russian), a lot of historical facts, but unobtrusively, calmly and in a small group. A lot of what we watched was not without advertising wine, but this is as usual. Only comfortable closed shoes are needed to climb everywhere. Canyon is a small romantic excursion - beautiful landscapes with lyrical music. In general, a wonderful vacation, if not for one adventure: the welcoming party from Biblio Globus brought me to the wrong hotel initially, and I, after a long flight and the road, did not think to immediately call the agency. In short, for my 15 dollars (it's good that I had them, they only changed 100 in the bank), they took me by taxi to Side Su. I wrote a letter upon arrival in Moscow, no one there wants to admit mistakes. They don't even want to apologize in an elementary way. Yes, the girl brought me to the reception, left, they put on my bracelet and then it turned out that the wrong hotel! Therefore, be careful! Check everything. I've been traveling for a long time, this is the first time. I didn't expect it from the Biblio-Globe. But this was forgotten at the Side Su hotel, wonderful people I met during my vacation, the sea was always calm, affectionate, there were always enough sun loungers, the sun shone and 7 days flew by instantly, leaving pleasant impressions. There was a conflict situation where a tourist from Germany caused damage to her health and property (under alcohol or drugs). The hotel management was struck by the openly disparaging attitude of the recently injured Russian tourist. They wagged a finger at her. And they advised me not to get upset. And then, after requesting clarification from the travel agency, they immediately distorted the facts without blinking an eye. In plain text, making it clear that the police will not support. Apparently the tips did their job. The amazing lack of professionalism of the hotel manager. His way of solving conflict situations corresponds to maybe 2 stars, not 4. It's just a shame. Hysteria instead of competent actions. We haven't even heard about an elementary apologetic compliment from the hotel here!) And the concepts of honor and justice are certainly not familiar to the hotel management. Elena, the manager at the reception, just let loose boorish phrases, as if she was not working at the hotel, but at the market. Keep in mind when booking this hotel that Europeans are a priority here, no matter how obscenely they behave.

We had a vacation with our parents in late July-early August 2024. I liked everything! The hotel consists of several buildings, we lived in the Astra building in a nice two-room room (each room has air conditioning, three balconies!) there are many stairs on the territory of the hotel, this is important if there are health problems (this was not a problem for us). Wi-Fi catches well throughout the hotel (but for some reason in the first days it caught only at the reception and in the restaurant, but on the second or third day of rest it appeared in the room) The food is delicious, there is always something to choose from. The staff is very friendly, the guys in the bar quickly remember their preferences and offer drinks themselves (after 23:00 the bar becomes chargeable). Cleaning every day, they bring water and if you leave towels on the bathroom floor or just change them on the door handle, they left tips for the maid, but no one screwed up the swans (we liked the room cleaning anyway!) The bed linen was changed without any requests. There is no shampoo and hair conditioner (take it with you). There were no problems with hot and cold water, everything worked properly. The hairdryer in the bathroom is quite good. Laundry services (laundry and ironing are paid, we did not use these services) There was a free safe in the room, very easy to use. The road to the sea is close, really 5-7 minutes. The beach is cleaned every day. The beach is open until 18:00, after 18:00 the water is turned off, where you can rinse after the sea (but you can always wash your feet from the sand on site in a specially equipped place!) There are indeed locals with children on the beach in the afternoon, but they do not interfere in any way, since the entrance to the sea is very gentle and they and the children stay near the shore, and vacationers without children can sail a little further away (they took inflatable pillows with them and did not experience any problems at all!) The sea was choppy a couple of times, stormy and brought algae, but this is all along the coast, regardless of the hotel) We went to the old Side after breakfast, while it was not too hot yet. There were a minimum of tourists there in the morning, they took great photos, but they walked for about 30-40 minutes. On the way, we looked at the beaches of other hotels and came to the conclusion that Side SU beach is one of the most good in terms of location and number of sun beds (there was always enough for everyone) Thanks to the hotel for a pleasant stay!

In July 2024, my little dream came true and we went to Turkey, chose a hotel for a very long time and chose Side Su 4* and were not disappointed at all. The main criteria that were considered in hotels and they perfectly suited us in Side Su: - The hotel is 16+, that is, there are no guests with children; - The sea is within walking distance (5 minutes walk from the hotel); - Private sandy beach; - Availability of free stable Internet (I studied a lot of information on hotels in Turkey and it turns out that this is not the most common thing, basically, in most hotels it is not the cheapest, and the speed is not always normal); The room was booked by standart room land viev (this is a room with a view of the surrounding area). Upon arrival, we were accommodated in room 5104, located on the 3rd floor. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, namely: - Air conditioning; - Kettle (+there were several bags of instant coffee at check-in, which pleased me); - Refrigerator "mini-bar", there was water on arrival, and it was replenished almost daily; - Large, comfortable bed; - Wifi catches well; - In the shower there is a 2in1 dispenser (shampoo, shower gel), shower caps, hygiene kits (ear sticks + cotton pads), and soap. - Hair dryer (with very hot air, but still there:)) - Free safe (according to reviews in other hotels, the service is also often paid); - TV with channels in different languages (including Russian); - Wardrobe; - Table and mirror; - A balcony with a place to dry things, a table and 2 chairs. The room was cleaned daily, as well as towels were replaced. The bed linen was changed 1 time per week of our stay, but we didn't need any more. A couple of times during the cleaning, cute swans made of towels/blankets were left on the bed. The hotel operates on an all-inclusive basis. It included three buffet meals a day, an additional brunch, as well as ice cream, which was served at the Vitamin Bar near the pool at certain hours, and traditional tortillas with various flavors were baked daily near the pool. The hotel has 4 bars (1 in the lobby, 2 near the pools and 1 bar near the second entrance to the hotel). Alcoholic beverages are offered from 10 a.m. to 23 p.m. (red and white wine, beer, cocktails), as well as a wide range of used drinks: juices (orange, cherry, pineapple, peach), soda (cola, sprite, fanta) and water. In addition to drinks in bars, there are refrigerators with 200 ml cups of water on site, and cups with ayran were also periodically added to the water in the refrigerators. The hotel staff is very friendly. They speak English fluently, but they also speak and understand Russian. There were no difficulties in communication. I pre-downloaded an offline translator from Russian to English and Turkish, but I used it at the hotel 1 time, and as it turned out, they understood me without it :) There is no active animation in the hotel, but one employee constantly offered guests to play water polo, darts, there was a foam party, a Turkish night with traditional Turkish dancing on Fridays and a disco, as well as a trip to a local club, football was broadcast in the evenings in the bar. The hotel has 3 swimming pools, a hammam and a small gym. There are sun beds near each pool. There were almost always enough places. It's more a question for the guests who just left towels on the sun beds, "booking" a place. There are many shops with souvenirs, clothes, local sweets, pharmacies, etc. within walking distance. I was vacationing at the hotel at the end of October. The hotel is good for lovers of both relaxing by the sea and shopping. The sea is a 7-minute walk from the hotel, if you exit from the back entrance. And the main entrance opens into the city from the fur, leather shopping center. Supermarkets and shopping malls with Turkish (not Chinese) textiles, shoes, etc. of different price categories are also within walking distance. The territory of the hotel is compact, with two swimming pools. From sports entertainment table tennis. The rooms are ordinary, no frills, clean. With all the arranged infrastructure of the hotel, a minus is the paid exchange of beach towels for clean ones. I washed the towel myself, it is given out once for free clean at the entrance. The food is quite varied and delicious. The hotel is not noisy, the music was heard from neighboring hotels, but do not forget that my vacation was at the very end of the season.

There were many Germans and Serbs among the guests, many Turks, and the attitude varies. - during the 10 days of stay, bed linen was never changed, towels were changed only for tips and at a separate request - the room was very poorly cleaned, the floors were not washed - when changing towels, one of the staff left the door to the 1st floor balcony open, and laptops, phones, cash in the room, nothing was missing, but it was unpleasant. In general, this hotel was worth the money, but I do not plan to stay there again!

We had a rest in September 2018 , when we arrived at the hotel we were given a room downstairs , it smelled very damp , and the balcony rested almost on a rock ( . $ 10 solved the issue and we sat down in a nice bright room and from the balcony we were already admiring the sea . The hotel is clean , cleaned every day and money for tea does not affect the difference in cleaning at all , they feed qualitatively , you will definitely not stay hungry , meat , chicken , fish, meat on the grill on Fridays !There are a lot of sweets . The alcohol is not bad , the beer is of course slightly diluted . A fast food bar is open from 12 to 16 o'clock by the pool.The Russian-speaking waiters are very friendly and very fond of kids, by the way, the animation is good, my daughter had fun.The beach is a 7-minute walk away , there were always enough sunbeds if you go before 9 am. We had a vacation with my husband in August. The room was in the seventh building (the closest to the beach and the farthest from the restaurant). I rate the hotel at three stars. Suitable for guests without pretensions. Cleanliness and order are important to me, it's sad here. The room was cleaned very irregularly, the water was replenished not daily, but only upon request; the shower was with a faulty watering can, and was not repaired, although the request was left twice at the reception and once through the hotel guide. There is not enough space in the restaurant, visitors often stood with plates in the hope that someone would allow them to sit at their table, dishes came across with chips. We were in the hottest season, at lunch it was almost impossible to find a place under a canopy, most of the tables were in the open sun, the restaurant was a view, and the temperature at one o'clock was +40. The food is not very diverse, but delicious, only the breakfasts are completely pumped up, the same thing every day (boiled eggs, omelets and cereals, there are national bagels). We decided not to get upset, the sea reconciled us with all the inconveniences. The beach is nearby, the sea is warm, sandy, there are enough sun beds for everyone. But we will not go to this hotel anymore.

My favorite hotel!!!! So! In 2021, we visited this hotel at 3!!!! One time! What I want to say is that the owner did a great job that he managed to keep prices at the level of 2018, although there was quite strong inflation in Turkey. Since 2018, Russians have tried this hotel, before we were there mainly among Europeans. Therefore, problems began with sun beds on the beach, especially smart ones occupy them in the evening, without regret I rake their clothes into a pile. The staff has been completely changed, it's probably worse, because the previous staff understood Russian quite well. Now you can only communicate with Sylvia at the reception without any problems. For the sake of keeping the cost of the tour, the distribution has greatly thinned, but still there is a choice. Therefore, I want to summarize: If you are looking for a 16+ hotel, and even a budget one, then this is your choice. Just don't take an ECONOMY room, don't.
