The hotel has its own beach, very nice, sandy, there are always sun beds. Two showers and toilets. They are cleaned often. There are paid meals and drinks on the beach. Friendly staff. The bartender Shakir will gladly make you a delicious fresh fruit for $ 3 (only 200 rubles). We went to the beach on foot, a pleasant walk, just be careful across the street, local citizens do not observe traffic rules at all. The hotel itself has 6 buildings. We lived in the main building on the second floor. The rooms are large. We had two rooms - a bedroom and a living room with a kitchen and a balcony. There are friendly guys at the reception, they will always help with any questions, if you do not "turn on Tagil". The territory is large, two swimming pools, two "paddling pools", one pool with two slides. There is a shop and a paid hammam. Now about the unpleasant thing: there is not always a glass "container" for drinks (we went to the store and bought our own, and went with it), sometimes there is no beer, sometimes even tea.Tables are cleaned slowly, so you can use your wet wipes. They don't spoil you with a variety of food, but you won't stay hungry, even if you come at the end of breakfast, lunch, dinner (we did that).In general...if you come not to swear, but to relax - all problems are solved! I was pleased with the animation. Mustafa is doing a great job! After dinner, there were almost always various interesting shows! In general, everything is fine, if you don't bother with food!) A strong three out of five!

I am currently staying at the hotel. The hotel is divided into blocks. I live in block B. The room is excellent, two-room clean. In the half where the former Irem garden was, there is a very clean, well-groomed area, pomegranates and tangerines grow. They even promised me to take one grenade with me. The staff is polite, cleaning is done daily. But the blocks across the street are not very beautiful. Garbage, trampled lawns. But the tourists themselves and their children bring everything to such a state. There are few tables in the restaurant for so many tourists, sometimes there are not enough appliances. I always found something to eat: vegetables and greens, meat is mainly chicken and soy cutlets, sausages. By location: the sea is excellent, the beach is clean, but you can't even bring water with you, which surprised me but did not scare me. But in my opinion, I had to go very far to see the ancient city. In general, I will have pleasant impressions about the hotel, but not about Side in general. Everything is more expensive than in other resorts, and in my opinion there is nowhere to go for a walk in the evening, except for the ancient city of course.

There are problems with cleaning throughout the territory. Wi-Fi is free only at the reception and then if you manage to connect. There were so many people that everyone came and took their places before eating. There are about 20 sun beds around the pool, and every first one is broken. It's a decent walk to the sea, but you can take a minibus that goes there three times before lunch, and three times after lunch. There were no doors in the shower, all the water was pouring on the floor, they asked at least to hang a curtain, on the fourth day of requests they gave a floor cloth. Instead of towels, they gave two more cards for beach towels in the room, because there were no others, and accordingly they were not changed. There is practically nothing to eat. Only pancakes were good for breakfast. The bar is always dirty and empty. For Beauty, they put empty bottles. The entire animation is a Turkish African-American Mustafa, and a Ukrainian Julia. We tried our best to create a cheerful atmosphere.
