We had a rest from 17.06 to 24.06 We flew with a 3-year-old child We moved to the 4th floor. The room is lovely (one single bed and one double bed), cleaning every day. On the 3rd or 4th day of our vacation, the elevator stopped working. It was not very convenient to take the child up the stairs to the 4th floor ( I'll give the hotel a minus for this. There were two elevators and both were not working ( Overall, I liked the hotel. Variety of food, grilled meat and vegetables On the gozleme beach, you can make burgers for yourself. Fruits: apples, oranges and watermelons Lots of sweets Drinks: beer, not much wine, gin, vodka, cocktails are made with syrups of gin, vodka and juice Soda, cola, sprite There's water in the cups. On the last day of our stay, all the bars ran out of beer, apparently the hotel had a beer overflow.. They check in at 14:00 and that's where you can change clothes and swim. The same applies before departure, if you check out of the hotel after 12:00. If you have already bought a ticket to this hotel, and then read the reviews and were horrified, then do not worry. Everything is fine there! Especially if you are flying with children) By the way, there is a place for strollers near the lobby 5 minutes from the turtle bridge beach. They love eggs. Lots of seals. There is a Russian-speaking staff In general, the staff is really trying and very friendly. On route 3, where it says Side, we went to the ancient city, to the port and to the embankment (it's all nearby) The antique city is the final stop. There was enough food and water, and the slides were good. The beach is great: gentle entrance, fine sand, depth does not start immediately — super for children. Among the disadvantages: paid Wi‑Fi and a safe, there are no towels on the beach, the elevators sometimes broke down (rather because of children's “games”), but it was not critical. Let's go again — why not."

We received a card from room 1108 - a tiny room on the ground floor, there is not even a chandelier - the light is from 3 sconces, but this is for the best, the room is terrible. The water doesn't leave the shower, the drain is probably clogged. The bed is double, they barely asked for an extra one - they brought a cot. During the week, they never cleaned our place, they folded blankets under the guise of cleaning. I'm a simple person, I took a broom from the janitor's boy in the hallway and swept it, then a mop and mopped the floor. The bedclothes were not changed, the pillowcase was dirty, and we did not notice it in the semi-darkness. They changed it after I went to ask for it 2 times. On the second day, there was a foam party in the evening - very cool, lots of foam. On the rest of the days, the animation did not go to the child, they did not participate. The beer is delicious, not diluted. There is table wine, white red and pink - they didn't try it, the rest of the alcohol was gone. The queue for the entrance is 20 minutes before the opening..The Germans were almost fighting over potatoes, it was funny. The food is not bad: watermelons, grapefruits, oranges, apples. Chicken, a couple of times there was fish and mutton. There are many different olives, and cheeses too (mostly cheese and cecil). There is a huge queue behind the grill every day, they did not stand. The problem, as always, is with people - they impose huge portions, if you come a little later, so as not to enter into the hunger games, there will be no food for many positions. The water park has 5 slides, the daughter is happy. The pool is large enough, clean - sun beds are always occupied. Towels and other scrubs are left on them in the evening. The sea is good, the entrance is shallow, the bottom is sandy, there are enough sun beds. In general, it's fine if you go for the sea and the sun.

So from the pros: its own water park, 10-12 minutes walk to the sea or transfer, the beach is good, there is a bar with drinks and food on the beach and it is very convenient not to rush to the hotel for lunch, the room is clean, modern, we got in good condition, cleaning every day, even though we did not need it, but sometimes they let me clean up, the alcohol is not bad - wine and gin (I haven't tried the rest). Cons: there are no beach towels, the coffee machines often don't work, you choke on instant coffee at breakfast, and everything about nutrition is completely dark, there are queues all the time, you can stand in the dining room for chicken for 40 and 50 minutes, and if you don't stand, then there's nothing more meat. If you don't have time to occupy the table, you will eat on your knees, then there are no forks, then there are no plates, the plates are often plastic, it's a complete game, the animation is dull, the animator is always dissatisfied with his work and the hotel. Everything would be fine - the saddest thing is everything about nutrition.

The first hotel in Turkey that is simply terrifying! We had a rest in June 25. The rooms are very dirty, even though they were cleaned every other day..but it's hard to call it cleaning. Towels are always different..with a terrible smell. There were a lot of people at that time, there were not enough tables and appliances, I had to go and look for forks 🤦🏼♀️ The elevators worked exactly one day! There are few sun beds by the pool. A special "thank you" to those who left the room early and took sun beds - throwing a towel on it! The funny thing is, people weren't lying on them, they were just putting things together. The minibus that took people to the sea is always packed with people in wet swimsuits..Because they're after the pool… The food was "varied", we spent the whole vacation on chicken and pasta, thank you. The place looks more like a canteen than a 4-star hotel. All entertainment for children (cars, trampoline, a ball in which a child could enter the pool) is all paid. Only restaurants and cafes helped out, which were not so close, of course, but at least there was a choice. We will definitely never return to this hotel! I would like to mention the toilet separately! The rim of the toilet bowl is smaller than the toilet bowl itself.

All you hear is the finish line. People ran madly to the dining room, as if the food would run out...almost knocking people down. It's a bit dirty everywhere... (they're not very friendly with cleaning here). The reception always pretends that it does not understand the language, it does not solve problems. That's if you cleaned everything (clean dishes, clean rooms, clean corridors, stairs and flights, the area near the pool, tables...they could have deserved more loyal reviews.) Drinks were casually poured at the bar...everything was dripping...He tried to be faster and dirtier. My disgust was dying from all this. I cleaned the room myself, and I didn't let anyone in there anymore. We had enough food. Whether I'll come here again is unlikely.

The food at the hotel is normal, varied, there are queues, but not large, tolerable. The main thing is not to come at the peak, and everything goes smoothly. The holiday of May 9th made a special impression! A real celebration with live music was organized — songs of the Shaman and, of course, everyone's favorite "Katusha" were played. It was very touching, it was warm and cozy at home. We really liked it, we recommend it! Good price/quality ratio, friendly staff, comfortable stay.

There seem to be enough sun beds and awnings, but since we didn't lie down and didn't walk at a popular time, I can't judge. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea along a sunny street past hotels, first uphill, then down. In general, it didn't bother. I can't say anything bad about the hotel itself, the emotions are rather positive. I got a good room. If you find fault, there are spots on the walls, but in general everything is quite good. The plumbing is working, the beds are comfortable, the linen is clean, they haven't changed in 7 days, but the floors were wiped and the garbage was thrown out every day. Towels were changed on demand. There is a free safe in the room, a refrigerator, and unlimited water can be taken from the bar at any time. The slides are working, the children rolled there until they were blue in the face, and adults can also ride if they wish. There's a queue in the cafeteria for the opening. We went later, but at the same time we always had to look for a clean table, ask for forks and wait in the kitchen until I washed and gave it. The food is a bit boring, there seems to be a lot of things, but it's pretty monotonous. We've never been hungry. For breakfast, scrambled eggs, yoghurts, muesli, cheeses, vegetables, sausages, very thin porridge, in fact, a lot of milk and some cereals in it. For dinner, the grill, for which there is always a queue, the cook gives strictly 1 piece, pointing to the rest, so he stood once and was thrown. There have always been fish in several forms, stewed chicken, fried sausage, zucchini-pepper-eggplant-cauliflower in various forms: grilled, fried, stewed, various green salads. In general, there are plenty to choose from, but it's a bit difficult for children who don't eat well. But they didn't starve either. Fruits - apples, oranges, grapefruits, a lot of watermelons, once there was a melon, once nectarines. Animation from what we saw - water aerobics, water polo, children's disco, once there was a show, Turkish night. They used to earn money using a paid trampoline, an electric car, cotton candy, and so on. As a result, we had a good rest, it was quite budgetary, it was worth the money, there was no negativity left, the emotions were good!

So you either need to take your own or go with towels from the room. There is food, but as we wrote earlier, you will most likely choose one dish and eat it all the rest. For dinner, the barbecue queue is at least 20-30 minutes. It's delicious in principle, but suspiciously high in spices and salt. There is also a problem with seats. Tables and sun beds are constantly occupied, towels are left overnight, taking up space. We found two fights in the hotel during the week. One for the meal, the other for a place at dinner. Otherwise, the hotel is not bad. We were completely satisfied with the room, everything works in it, towels are changed often, shampoos and gels are given on time. It's not far to the sea, the road is pretty with beautiful photo zones of other hotels or mountain views. Walk for 8-10 minutes. There is a transfer service, but it doesn't make much sense to get there, because it still drops you off 250 m from the sea. A good snack bar on the beach, you can have a good snack without going to the hotel. I think the hotel is suitable for a budget family vacation, the entertainment here is mostly for them. I also want to add that there is a street with bazaars nearby, and a good steakhouse near the hotel.

We had a family vacation for a week in the middle of July this year. The hotel doesn't even have a triple. They settled into a room that was practically not cleaned. The staff does their work carelessly (and it will do). There is no cleaning in the room, except for emptying the dumpsters, at least we changed the towels 1 time. The hallway of the building is not vacuumed, the garbage is like outside, and the room is not even swept. Pools are not cleaned at all. There are no free sun beds by the pool at seven in the morning. There is NO children's animation! Before lunch and dinner, for half an hour, there is a queue in the "restaurant" (dining room), people are like from a hungry island. As soon as they open, they run to distilleries. The same goes for the mango. It's the same in the beach bar. If you come an hour later, there is practically no food. Alcohol is in or out of all the bars. At least there are plenty of sun beds on the beach. In general, we are disappointed with the hotel, and that's putting it mildly. I fell for the reviews and the cost, and it was a mistake.

It is very difficult to catch something meaty, it is sorted out in the first 10 minutes, we have been living here for several days, we eat only grilled vegetables and offal. They roast chicken kebabs for dinner, but there's a kilometer-long queue all the time, and I don't even want to waste time on it. Unsanitary conditions, dirt, and some kind of stink are everywhere. There is the same mess on the beach, broken sun beds and garbage are not cleaned for several days. It can be seen that the hotel was once good, but it was squeezed to the maximum and nothing was updated for a very long time. Ridiculously, they took a folding mop with them, because they couldn't wait to clean the room. A big plus is the location, it's not far to the beach, we walked and there is a bus station nearby, you can go to any part of the city. There are also 3 chain stores nearby, Sok, Bim and Migros

For the critics, I suggest you visit the Derin Hotel, also 4* - that's where you will fully experience the horror! We liked everything here!!! We only rinsed and spent the night in the room. The hotel is "tired", but the staff works-tries-cleans-cleans-cleans. In order. We arrived at night and were greeted kindly at the reception. We were escorted to the room with our luggage. We checked and showed the working capacity of the battery. The room is clean. Towels were changed daily, the floor was wiped daily, and the trash was taken out daily. The bedclothes were not changed, and in general, this was not required (we do not change the business support desk every day at home!). The refrigerator wasn't working well, but we didn't use it. The room had a shower, toilet, sink - everything was working! There are three Russian channels on TV. We didn't look. There were no insects, the fumigator was transported in vain.
