I went on vacation with a company to Sri Lanka, met this travel agency for the first time. We picked up the perfect hotel, 2 exits to the ocean, in one of which turtles swam and we swam with them, the staff at the hotel is wonderful and in principle, we picked up more than everything perfectly. Good day to everyone, I want to leave a review of this company, we flew to Turkey, it was planned for 7 seven nights, in the end it turned out only 5 five , the company refers to the postponement of the Belavia flight, allegedly they postponed the flight in two days, we decided to clarify this, in the end we were very upset, the flight and the time was it is known for three weeks , the departure from the tour was at three o 'clock in the morning , they refused to request to postpone the flight for at least one day , representatives of the company blatantly lie and deceive tourists, unfortunately I do not advise this company .

I do not recommend this agency. Just simple salespeople who resell tours and after receiving money from you, they don't need anything more from you. They offer countries out of season, bad hotels, resorts.. they just look at all possible options for your price and do not even go into the season there or not, whether the area / hotel is good, and so on.. They do not answer questions, only superficial ones. And after receiving the money, they do not respond at all. They are also not interested in how you will get to Moscow (you get there as you want).It's good that there were no global problems on the tour, otherwise there would have been a PPC at all. Also, for the first time I came across the fact that the course is counted to thousandths after the decimal point in order to snatch an extra 20 rubles for myself. I usually used the services of another travel agency, but then it so happened that I had to fly with this agency..at each point, I felt the difference in customer orientation, which Siesta simply does not have. If you want good service, good rest with operator support, this company is not for you. I highly recommend it. Manager Daria was. PS. You didn't even bother to contact us to clarify the details, but responded to my review by talking with Daria and, apparently, Irina)) again, speaking of customer orientation) Just for the record, we eventually chose Dickwell ourselves because the selection from Daria was not very good, to put it mildly. In Sri Lanka, it is also out of season in the south-west-well, such a thing. I won't even comment on the answers to the questions-I'll write for a long time) if Daria decided to solve all the questions only with Irina, then it was necessary for me to broadcast about it, and not just ignore it. ❌The tour agency that threw the money. We ordered a bus tour to Bukovel. Just before departure, 5 minutes before the exit, our hotel reservations are canceled. The manager couldn't really explain anything. We have vacations, PCR tests - no one cares. Friends who left on this bus are shocked by the trip: there is no guide, they drove for almost a day, the bus is not designed for long trips. The driver doesn't know where to go. To get comments, they tried to contact the agency's manager, who read the messages, but did not respond.

It is especially important now during the pandemic period. There is a possibility of payment, even if not from Minsk. The most adequate prices for tours. Great discounts. We went to Prague from 5 to 9 May 2019. There is no Siesta Travel company in our city, it was also the first time they did a visa, so I had to go to Minsk. I was attracted by the excellent price and the opportunity to choose excursions. The Siesta counselor was terrible. You ask a question, she clarifies all day, knows almost nothing, if the question was asked on Friday, then it's good if she answers at all on Monday. Everyone found out about the trip at the last moment. Incredibly spoiled the mood, a lot of nerves were spent! I understand that the price for the trip is not so high anymore, but the service should be equally good for everyone, right? It can be concluded that this is not a travel agency, but an intermediary. The visa was done more or less smoothly. Next, "moving to the border on a comfortable bus...." Yes, the bus was a little old, but neat. The problem is that they put us at the very end, where there were five-seater seats, where we sat with two more ladies. It was as uncomfortable as possible, because you can't stretch your legs, there are no windows, there is no air either. I also had to squeeze in. But after the border, we were transferred to a really good bus. The drivers in both cases were wonderful. Our leader is a young girl, she has little experience, it was difficult to lead, but in general she coped with her task. The hotel was excellent, with breakfast (buffet). Prague itself is a magnificent city that you want to return to and never leave again.
