Most likely, the problem is not who works at the point, but who trains this staff to work. Everything is based on aggressive sales. And the margin is such that you don't want to go there anymore. Alas, I'd rather run into a small shop nearby. Let the prices be not much cheaper, but the atmosphere is better. Thank you, I will ask the seller not to punish, he is not to blame for the fact that the system requires this.

A separate remark can be made about the fact that employees never tell the number of bonuses on the loyalty card, you need to tell yourself so that bonuses are written off. In addition, there was a conflict situation that was promised to be resolved for a whole week, but in the end, the solution to this problem remained in the air.
