Excellent 7-storey hotel on the waterfront. Heated swimming pool, Playground next to the hotel. There is a supermarket with a currency exchange point across the street. Exit from the hotel to the embankment: pedestrian through the main entrance of 300 meters, by elevator through the basement, up the stairs from the pool area directly to the embankment. Nearby there is a parking lot for boats and yachts for walking and fishing. The restaurant has a large selection of buffets. The rooms are cleaned daily. The staff is very friendly!!!

June 26
We are flying from Intourist tour operator, Fly dubai airline. The meeting party in the UAE is Anextour (I don't know why). We spend a lot of time at the airport, about an hour, maybe an hour and a half. This is because the police detained some tourists who were supposed to ride with us on the same bus and we were waiting for them. According to representatives of Anextour, they are obliged to wait for tourists for 2 hours from the moment the flight lands.
Then we load up on the bus and go, our hotel is the last one.
We chose this hotel because of its good location and price. 2 years ago we were at a nearby hotel called the Jannah Marina Hotel apartments, it was better, but first things first.
So, we got to the hotel at 14:20, check-in at 15:00. They didn't move in ahead of time, but that's okay, it's good not to wait long. We went to a nearby store, bought water, tea and ice cream. Upon check-in, the tax was paid 100 dirhams (20 dirhams per day). Keep in mind that you will be asked for a deposit upon check-in. It is 200 dirhams or 100 dollars. The deposit is refunded on the day of eviction. If you left a deposit in dollars, it will be returned in dollars, if in dirhams, then in dirhams.
Number
We got a room on the 2nd floor with a partial view of the pool and marina. The room is large and consists of 2 rooms. At the entrance you enter a small corridor, on the left there is a kitchen, then the room itself with a sofa, an armchair and a coffee table. From it there is an exit to the bedroom with a large and comfortable bed, and from the bedroom there is an exit to the bathroom.node. There is also a balcony.
The kitchen has all the necessary appliances: hob, oven, microwave, kettle, washing machine. Dishes are also present. An ironing board and an iron are included. It is important to take into account that the hotel is not new and everything is already quite shabby and shabby. Nearby is the Jannah hotel, it is newer, the furniture is fresh, but the price for it this time was almost 2 times more, so the choice fell on SIGNATURE. The novelty of the room was not important to us, because we only slept in the room, and the rest of the time we were on the beach and wandering around the city. But for some it may be critical.
Please note that in the bathroom, hot water is supplied from a water heater, its volume is enough for 2 people to wash, then you have to wait for the water to heat up.
Territory
This is an ordinary city hotel, there is no territory as such. Outside there is a small swimming pool with a view of the Dubai Marina. We have never been in the pool, mostly Indians splashed there all the time.
Sport
There is a small gym on the ground floor. But it's purely to keep yourself in good shape. The equipment is very tight. If 3 people are engaged, it will already be crowded. By the way, there is no cooler in the hall, so take water with you.
Food
We only had breakfast. If you take half board (breakfast + dinner), then 15,000 rubles had to be added to the cost for 6 days of stay. Whether it's worth it or not is up to you to decide, but remember that you live in an expensive area where food prices are not the lowest. There are several cafes with an acceptable price tag where we had dinner, I will write about them below. You can also cook yourself, because you have a kitchen).
The food for breakfast is ordinary (scrambled eggs, porridges, pasta, sausages, sliced, etc.), but delicious. Desserts and pastries are also great. The diet does not change much, every day everything is the same, plus or minus.
If you want to eat more or less on a budget, then there is an Uzbek restaurant within a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The waiters speak Russian there, Uzbek and Russian cuisines are presented. There is shish kebab, pilaf, shurpa, etc. We had 150 dirhams for two. At the rate of 26, this is 3900 rubles.
You can also eat at the Grill & Chill cafe price tag +/- as in Uzbekim, but this cafe is not very conveniently located, right next to the road. We only went to this place because of the great cocktails.
Purchase of products
There is a large Choithrams supermarket opposite the hotel. You can buy any products there, but the price tag for everything there is relatively high. There is also a pharmacy there.
There is another supermarket 400 meters away called VIVA. They sell products only under their own brand, but the price tag is significantly lower than in Choithrams. We bought water, ice cream, tea there, and so on for small things.
Location
The hotel has a very good location. The road to the sea takes 15 minutes. You can walk along the embankment or along an ordinary street. In general, in my opinion, it is very important that you have the opportunity to get to the sea on foot, because waiting for shuttles, taking the subway and buses is so much fun. In this regard, the hotel is very conveniently located. Marina Mall is a 15-minute walk from the hotel. This is certainly not the Dubai Mall, but it has everything you need. There is a metro station next to the mall, which opens up opportunities for you to travel all over Dubai on your own and see many attractions on your own.
Souvenirs
Go to the Day tot Day shops for souvenirs. There is a very large selection of all sorts of things at affordable prices. In addition to souvenirs, you can buy chocolate-covered dates there, which will be 30-40% cheaper than in a regular store.
Weather
We were at the hotel in early June, when the daytime temperature rose to 40 degrees. The main question that is often asked online is: is it worth going to Dubai in this heat? I will say this, if you tolerate the heat in Moscow normally, then you will cope with it normally there. The main thing is to plan the day. Let's say you are at sea from 8-11. Then you return to the hotel (have lunch, sleep) or go to the mall. From 16-19 back to the sea. In the evening you have dinner and go to explore the sights). The only thing is that I would not take children under the age of 7 in such heat, but this is only my opinion. There were a lot of people with children from 1 year old on the beach, and they all swam, played and were happy.
So, take a lot of sunscreen with you, have a good mood and go to this beautiful country called the UAE!
